This is excellent advice! How are you supposed to be the perfect candidate if you aren't aware of your client's expectations or desires? Sure, the job posting might have some information, but it's highly censored and formal (not plain English like a someone venting on a forum). And if I was cold-calling businesses and knocking on doors, I wouldn't even have that to rely on. By doing a little detective work like this, you have no reason to stress about the interview, because you have already made sure they have no reason not to hire you and that you have everything they want in an ideal candidate. You would just fly in like Mary Poppins and they would wonder where you had been all of their life!!!!! I am so motivated. Thank you so much.
