Here in the Philippines the estimated cost for a house like this would be around 135K PHP for labor and materials only. 😊 Things it does not include are: permits, professional fees and other expenses. It also depends on the season the materials are bought in and the location where you will build the house. 😁

This appears to be a cute and functional little abode. There appears to be a problem in the bathroom, though, with the showerhead being immediately behind the door. Furthermore, there does not appear to be a drain in the floor. Now, wouldn't things get wet and messy with a showerhead shooting water down right in the middle of a bathroom floor with no drain in it? The shower does need to be in its own separate area within the bathroom. Furthermore, I would prefer a semicircular window toward the top of the front door rather than that boomerang-shaped viewport going vertically down the middle of it. Otherwise, this place seems alright. 🙂

Including actually putting a drain. 😁 The place I had to put the shower in was really small though, giving it its own space would have been very difficult. I also appreciate you telling me your personal preferences, yes, a semicircular window would have looked nice too. 😊
This is probably the coolest tiny house I’ve seen. So where is the laundry machine?
Thank you! If the area where you build is relatively safe, a laundry machine could be put right outside at the back. This makes it convenient too to hang the clothes after washing. 😊

Usually, the estimated cost per sqm is between INR 21k and 35k. It depends on the finish and materials used. But most estimates will be between those 2. 😊

The bare / unfinished estimate would be minimum INR 21k per sqm. 😯
