    I just finished the interview and I must say I was astounded at the strength of this young lady. I am so happy that you made it through Vera and the you're living your best life. Dan You asked all the right questions and drew so much wisdom from Vera's experience. That helps me to gain courage in my own journey. Blessings on you both!

    Wow! My mind has been blown by your amazing story Vera. Honestly I feel this is the the most inspirational recovery I've heard yet, i feel so empowered and almost relived hearing it. So many huge lightbulb moments for me here, especially hearing how much you took control of your own recovery and listened to what YOU truly needed. You have inspired me so much Vera, I've loved looking at your RUclips channel since hearing this interview and I've already downloaded the wonderful affirmations you created! Thank you both so so much. Big hugs xx

      It's always easy to blame parents but we never have any idea of what trauma and generational trauma they have gone through also. Vera's story is amazingly inspirational for anyone (such as myself) suffering from moderate to sever CFS. The path to self mastery is very lonely and painful and progress can only be made by discovering from within our self as Vera's experience so clearly expresses. I truly feel there will come an amazing day when her parents themselves heal also through the inspiration of her experiences

    Wonderful interview. Thank you both. Vera, you're amazing and a true inspiration. Like probably most ppl listening to this interview, I am deeply struggling. It's a "fight" I never could have imagined, but you give me inspiration to keep pushing on. I've heard of Swan, and have watched some of her videos; I just ordered her book. And I will now look into Ayurveda as well. Wondering if there's a book that you would recommend? Thank you again for the wonderful interview!! Love and peace to you!

    She was isolated , during the sufferings, infact thats thd truth. When you enjoy or laugh all world will join, but when you were suffering , you were isolated. No one understand this sufferings, which is same going on with me..
    God bless you all . May the Lord heal all .
    But when you got well, your mother must have become so happy !!?

      Well, there isn't a one=-fit-all magic cure, but recovery is possible and usually not accidental. I write about this whole 'cure' issue here: cfsunravelled.com/the-ugly-truth-about-looking-for-a-cure-for-fibromyalgia-and-a-cure-for-mecfs-that-few-dare-to-admit/

      Hi Penny - HOW do you think she recovered? WHAT do you think stops people recovering? We all find that we become sensitive to stressors, like exercise, mental or even emotional stress - all causing symptom worsening. So if you want to reduce the stress physically and mentally, it's more obvious what to do, change your behaviours. But if you wish to reduce emotional stress, then changing how we think about things, reflecting on such things as you mention, becomes very important. Does that make sense?

      Her story about parents is integral to understanding the trauma and how it impacts on the body! She is remarkable and pulled herself back from the brink!

    • @sneakypress
      @sneakypress Год назад

      @@mirandaandrea8215 Agree too. All facets of the story are important and must be brought to attention. Without addressing these, there is no hope for recovery. Importantly, parents FEEL RESPONSIBLE when something happens to their children, and sometimes they take it out on their children because they do not know who to act, react, or fix their children’s problems.
      Penny’s points are all relevant too.
