Awesome! I got mine for 35 bucks at Walmart and it holds stuff too.
For $940 it should come fully stocked.
With a gold bar.
With a portable xray 😅
With a surgeon.
And an MRE
No pre built kit is worth it, you are paying for convininance
$940.00 for a medic bag is ridiculous. Even adding the infantile name of "Grave Robber Assault" does not justify that price for a bag that looks like it's made in China with little thought in practicality.
When he said $940 I was assuming that inside the pack would be a new Glock pistol and a few hundred rounds of ammo for that price. Is this backpack made by Birkin???
Designed for government use? That explains the price. It should be bullet resistant too for that price.
I got a vest for that price of the bag.
at this point any bag in America should be bullet-resistant tbf
Literally, it's got to be the government contract price. Ridiculous
$940 is crazy for an empty bag! Definitely looks like a quality made bag with good features, but that price is crazy!
Great video once again. Thank yu for showing this!
This pack surely is made with quality materials and is well designed for its intended purpose. However, the price of this bag is in my opinion absolutely ludicrous. With so many options on the market it would be hard to select this bag. Your mileage may vary. Great review as always! Love the channel!
I agree if you are buying it for yourself. That being said civilian sales I’m sure make up a very very small amount of their business. This is pretty specifically a medical bag for teams I probably haven’t even heard of
@@PrepMedic definitely agree brother.
@@PrepMedic I don’t have any experience with it personally, but am likely going to purchase it one day. The Shaw Concepts Plate Carrier Pack (PCP) seems like a better option to me. For only $300 too. Would love to see you do a review on it.
@@PrepMedic Do you know any good bags for your belt. That are small and easy for
edc?
@@PrepMedic there is ZERO justification for that price point. I understand shaving grams, but when you're carrying extra mags, what's the point? I want the secret-squirrel guys to be taken care of, but this price is ONLY because its targeted to governmental agencies that will pay those ridiculous prices just because they need to spend this year's budget or they won't get it next year.
What an awesome and well thought out pack
For that price, this thing better have all the James Bond gadgets, including a Bond girl and a folding car.
AAAHHH I NEED A MEDIC BAG
Very Well Done Review
I would think being called “grave robber assault “,and that price tag…it would have some kind of bulletproof plate in it
If you want to see who is this pack designed for, there is a great piece made by Esquire called “when navy seals call nine one one”
Thanks
Don’t get me wrong, Sam, but for that money I would buy something different. No idea what makes the pack worth that much…
I think I would use and knitting needles to feed the bungee chords Through would make it a whole lot easier but The Pact is way out of my price range
Interesting
Very cool review but pricey though. I really like the magnet closing. Will you ever review the Spiritus Systems Delta Bag?
If they ever send it to me lol 😂. They are waiting on their production to speed up a bit.
I have it, nice bag but strange form factor- small foot print on your back, which give great range of motion for your shoulders, but when fully stocked, sticks pretty far off your back rather than the more slim profile of most other combat medic bags or say, the Haley strategic flat pack. Wouldn’t recommend for vehicle operations unless you’re running it on the lean side.
I agree.
Can you show one fully loaded up with weight and contents specs?
Have you done a review of....
Wraith Tactical C.A.R.R.
Devcore PCB
Burna Bagpack with Bullet Proof Vest?
Get some.
I rather get a back pack from My Medic for 740 and it comes fully stocked with everything.
You would rather. English really isn't that hard.
@@slappy8941"I'd" or "I would". They wouldn't say "you would", as they are referring to themselves. English really isn't that hard.
Hi Sam, incase you do see this, which IFAK would you choose to keep with you at all times whether its in the car or on your war belt? IF YOU COULD ONLY CHOOSE ONE? My bad brother, Ive bought one from blue force but Im not trying to spend over and over, kinda wanted to do a buy once, cry once kinda deal. haha . You be safe on the job and keep it up!
By bought from from blue force, i meant i dont think it has everything im actually supposed to have? Thats why I wanted to find out from you, on what you may think is the best. If you want, maybe even a top 5 ifak video?
Question: Why $940?
Answer: Matbock has US govt contracts to supply equipment to naval special warfare (the owners are fmr SEALs). They sold this pack as part of the contract for that price to USG. in order to keep that inflated price intact, they have to also sell it retail for the same bloated price. In reality, it costs around $40 to make.
While I am sure government contracts are part of it the price mainly comes from the fact that they invented the fabric that’s used in the pack and therefore need to cover the R&D that went into it and manufacture it using new technology. It’s hydrophobic, has a high tensile strength and is extremely lightweight.
@@PrepMedic they’ve recouped that cost, I know these guys. They have plate carriers & a host of gear (all under contract to USG). It’s all about not losing the govt money. Selling to the public is just gravy. Good review - enjoy the channel and been subscriber.
For those who are shocked by the price, you should know that 2Pac himself build these. After the build those bags get a Kiss from the pope and the waterproof feature is tested with tears of newborn babys. That explains the first half of the 940$. The other half is pure profit 😉
P.S. Its a great bag, but damn its pricy
There's absolutely zero excuse for the bag yo be that exp hsive and not come fully stocked
$940 and it’s EMPTY!? F*** that!
Very cool pack but WAY over priced.
Doubt that any of that material is “thermoplastic”. Appears to be and should be, for that cost, thin sheets of carbon fiber
Only the government/military can afford it….
Remove word "assault" or they will ban it in California
I can get an iPad that involves way more precious rare earth materials and sophisticated manufacturing processes at half the price of this bag. It is out of reach for the common folks buddy.
Completely overpriced
I didnt even watch this, when I saw $940, i moved on. Ridiculous.
Absolutely stupid. Not even governments should be passing this much for a bag.
