He is the type of man I run from. If you do your own Mom this way, I can only imagine how he would treat is woman.
Well you wouldn’t be running from a man, you’ll be running from a leech 😂
You care about how he treat his women? But not about how he treats his children? Weird
🏃🏾♀️ I mean Run like the wind!!!
@@twoswifty you are sooo right. Very good point.
Exactly a bum
Only a teenager would call 11 o'clock early morning hours.🙄
A teenager or a loser 🤔
He should have a job.
He’s a bum.
that’s exactly what i thought 😂😂
Teenager? He looks like he's in his mid 20's.
“I believe it was somewhere in the early morning hours, around 11 o’clock.” - Man, if this guy thinks 11 a.m. is the “early morning”, he should see what time my alarm goes off before work every morning and see how the Sun isn’t even up yet 😂 Tell me you sleep past noon most days without telling me you sleep past noon most days, lol!
I was thinking the same thing!!!!! Lol
When he said early morning i automatically came up with 1-2am for his answer...then he said 11am and i was confused lol
Exactly! I was not expecting 11 o’clock to come out of his mouth 🤣🤣
Get a new job and stop complaining
@@twoswifty Troll harder. There was zero complaining anywhere in my comment. I love my job.
When you move to another state you are supposed to register your vehicle and get a new license within 30 days, not 9 months.
That is when a state makes it accessible and reasonable to do so. However, I have heard that Georgia has a 6.6% title ad valorem tax which means the mother would have been forced to pay 6.6% of the value of the vehicle just to transfer it. So if it's a $30k car, that is $1,800 in ad valorem taxes as well as other transfer costs. That is not a reasonable expense for lower income people; especially lower income people moving across state lines.
@@lewisstretch So you're saying the state of Georgia is unreasonable and therefore at fault? Get real and stop making excuses for people!
If you are moving to another state, it is up to you to look up any fees or taxes you may incur and make sure you have that money before you move.
Tennessee also has that law. You will get a ticket if you don't register when moving from a different state or county. Waiting till it expires is a big no-no!
He had no driver's license, he needed to get the vehicle registered at the DMV to get a car tag, but he was driving in uninsured also.
My daughter lives in MD but her car is registered in NY. It would cost about $2,000 to register in MD
This is exactly why you should never drive nobody else car
Exactly!!
I haven’t watch it but just by reading the title I already know judge Judy is going to chew him up .
"somebody else's"
Exactly why, family or not
You really go through life with that grammar?
🤦🏾♂️11am is NOT “early morning hours”🙄😂🤣
It's sad when you have to sue your own child.
It's true, very unfortunate, but better to sue in these tv courts at least your paying back what you owe but not from own pocket
It’s sad when you raise your kid like that too..
Its also sad when you waste time in court and lie.
Even more sad when both look stupid asf
I was about to say this and saw your comment
It's ashame that he's nodding his head like he should be proud. You wrecked your mom's car and can't even offer to get her a new (at least cheap vehicle) or repair the damages. 🥴 I'd rather be childless than deal with that.
Exactly. 🎯

So what he called it that...shut up

My mom has 3 children. My sister, myself, and my brother (he’s the oldest). He could do no wrong in her eyes despite wiping her life savings because of his legal issues.
He thinks he can do no wrong in society, meaning he has no respect for anybody including his own mother

So many people without license and insurance
Seriosly what's up with that? Why aren't these people arrested upon leaving the courtroom? I think they throw you in jail in some states
@@_WOR in the state of Georgia they do not play when it comes to driving with no insurance or license
I know the crash was HIS fault, but the mother's legality of her vehicle is shifty.
It kinda feels like he’s purposefully implicating her ):
Hot mess! The accident was clearly his fault. However the mother KNEW he didn’t have a license!!!!! He is grown af, capable of driving but chooses not to have a license 😂. Then she blurts proudly “he used an alias”…. Ma’am he’s your son!! Lmao
LMAOO the dramatic paper folding 😂

What about his father? Im sure he learned it from him too
She can sue all she wants. She’s not getting anything from this dust bucket. She’ll continue to coddle him. Wash, rinse, repeat. Next case.
it always amazes me how men like this can find women to procreate with.

Oh yes, found that out the hard way!
Crazy!!!
He's definitely her son. They look so much alike.
If the store was only 5 minutes away, why didn't he just walk?
Insured from *INFITY AND BEYOND* ...lol
How dumb is he?
"I had a license but I didn't have a license on me."
2 minutes later: "No I didn't have a license. "
I think what he meant was he’s a licensed driver (though I am very curious to know Who thought it was appropriate for this dude to get one) but just didn’t have the physical ID at the time he got into the accident.
What a disgrace for a grown Man child!
I feel like that’s the ultimate form of disrespect towards women, doing something like that to a girlfriend or wife as one thing, but you do that to YOUR OWN MOTHER is just downright deplorable.
He doesn’t respect himself so he can’t respect no one else
According to the Bible, doing something “like that” to your wife is just as deplorable. Furthermore, there’s a huge difference between a girlfriend and a wife.
Thank God this is not the kind of relationship I have with my son. Not even close. It's so sad watching this.

Grow up... doesn't matter what he called it. The judge didn't say anything

@@stringerbell8945 But the commenter didn't SAY anything about Judge Judy or the fact that it should have affected the case or ANYTHING like that. They were simply pointing out that 11am isn't early morning hours. The son is shifty eyed and looks like he got it from his mother. She knows damn well she was breaking the law by not registering the vehicle in GA for 10 months after moving. And she probably didn’t tell her insurance company she moved which can be a problem because they charge different rates depending on where you live.
I know times are tough but why lie? It’s not hard to be an honest person. I see where her son gets it from and how she enables him.
I don't blame the lady for waiting to change registration. She paid in Missouri already. Licenses and fees are silent taxes that wear the poor down.

She didn’t want to pay taxes for the tag in Ga. I live in Ga. My husband bought a truck in South Carolina. It cost us 2000+ to register it in Ga because SC charges less for taxes
I'd never drive my mom's car. Even when mine was wrecked a few months back (not my fault), she didn't let me drive it and instead insisted upon driving me to work each morning even though she works from home and it was a pain in the ass for her. My grandfather (who lives next door) suggested that I use our spare car which we've been lending to him since he wrecked his a few years back, but my mother refused as she didn't want to take away his autonomy. 8 days later he wrecked that car by the way. My poor mother was left a wreck by the whole situation even though no one was hurt.
Yeah b/c she literally found out she can't rely on the people around her to take care of their cars, and shes stuck footing the bill.
@@sushles No not at all. My grandfather is 84, he was getting to the point where he shouldn't have been driving. He's not anymore and he wasn't seriously injured, but he's her father so it was hard on her. He only goes out for a coffee really anymore. He was coming back from getting a haircut when the accident happened. And then there was some craziness when we couldn't find his wallet afterwards and a whole funny story with the barber that put some levity on a scary day. We ended up finding the wallet right where I suggested that they look: in his house. He only brought his money and license with him and had left the wallet home the whole time.
With me, I was fine too, but it was more the fact that there was an accident at all that bothered her. It wasn't my fault: I got rear-ended on the highway by a guy who actually got rear-ended into me by a third car. I was the only one left with a drivable car and I finished driving it to work and did my shift. My boss was shocked that I didn't just call out, but I would've had to go that way just to turn around and I had a short shift that day. However, the damage was irreparable and it was totaled out. There was a lot of stress with finding me a new car and the insurance of the other drivers proving to be a pain. It turns out that the 3rd driver was from some other state or something and due to the laws there, she thought that we'd each handle our own damages or something like that so she didn't bother to report it to her insurance company. I'm not sure WHY she'd think that when the entire accident was all her fault but it got sorted out eventually, it just took awhile and that was another headache for my mom who handles all of this stuff because she's the best at it. The biggest problem was finding me a new car: we tried to find a good used one (which is typically what I use, my car previously to the one that got wrecked died about 5 years ago of old age), but there was no luck with that and the cars that we did find had some nightmare inducing stuff about them, so in the end I got a brand new 2022 car. In the process we discovered that I actually have a really good credit score too. I've been in a number of accidents over the years, but nothing that was my fault for a very long time. That's what happened to Car Number 1 over 10 years ago, but in that case, it was more of a matter of the damage costing more than the little that the car was worth than it being totally undriveable or unfixable.
This is Car Number 4 for me: the first one was an old Jeep Cheroke that was a family car that I kind of inherited more or less when I started driving. Car Number 2 was a Honda Civic that I had a couple of accidents in (both not my fault) but was not wrecked in the process. One of those accidents was actually about 2 feet from my own driveway just as I was about to pull in and Judge Judy would've gotten a kick out of this guy's story if it had ever ended up before her. "I thought that he was turning LEFT!!!" My house is on the RIGHT so suffice it to say, that one doesn't make much sense. Then another time I got sideswiped by some asshole not paying attention while he was coming out of a gas station near my house. He was taking a left and he only paid attention to the lane going in the opposite direction as a result instead of the one right in front of him. As a result, the idiot pulled out right into my car as I was driving by. Spun me around 180 degrees. Luckily for me, no cars were right behind me to then hit me head on. My car survived for a number of years before finally dying of an increasing number of mechanical problems that ultimately couldn't be fixed. Then I got a Mazda Tribute from the garage that typically works on our cars. The transmission had blown and the previous owner didn't want to pay to fix it so he sold it to them and they fixed it up and resold it to me. The guy had actually kept it in really great shape too. Having watched all of these court shows, I negotiated a 30 day warranty and had them check for all of the recalls which my mom and I looked up ahead of time. There was actually a minor problem that cropped up immediately, but which sorted itself out and a problem that my dad noticed with the vents. They fixed that one for free as per the warranty. They've actually been really great to me over the years. That car actually started developing various mechanical problems a few years ago and it probably only had a few years of life left in it. The biggest one was the starter switch (or something like that) started to wear out in late 2019 and as a result, it gave me increasing trouble starting. At first I thought that I was just doing something wrong, but it got worse and worse. I had it repaired in early 2020 and I was told that it would've broken down if I had waited much longer. A week or so after it was repaired, the COVID lockdowns started so I was glad to get that fixed. I work at a grocery store so I've worked right through this whole thing.
I had a couple of accidents in that one: aside from the Big One, there was an accident that reminded me of something out of one of these cases. In 2019 (because this was back when the restaurant in question was still open for indoor dining, it has been doing a thriving take out business though right through all of this), I went to get dinner from my favorite pizza restaurant and some lady backed into me while I was waiting for my chance to get into an empty spot. I hit the horn when I realized that she wasn't going to stop in time, but I was still hit. Minor fender bender. Except that this lady was "between insurances." She renewed her policy right there in the parking lot hoping that she would be covered for the accident as a result (Spoiler Alert: she wasn't which I figured was probably gonna be the outcome of that) and I called the cops and my mom. After taking my statement, I was released to have dinner but while I was waiting for my food, the staff and I kept an eye out through the window. SHE WAS STILL THERE talking to the cop for awhile more!!! I'm pretty sure that it turned out that she actually had other issues aside from no insurance and something I got in the mail a few months later made me think that she might've actually gotten arrested that night for something or other.
