Apart from admiring you for this cover, which is what I do most of all, watching this also gives me new found appreciation for the work Steve Harris has put into the songs of Maiden - Like, I can listen to the bass on the songs, but because I don't know bass playing I have no idea whether to feel impressed with his technique or not (like obviously, he's a bass god, but you get what I mean).. Watching you play the thing and just thinking about the rhythmic and technical skills needed to sustain playing at this level makes me tip my hat first to you, good sir, and next to Harris for being the pioneer of this style of bass playing and for coming up with these patterns :)
To begin thanks for your comment ! And yeah for Steve harris it's THE pioneer of heavy metal music ! his bass lines are very complex and very technical, but there bass lines of Steve are there to serve the music, not for a demonstration technique and that's where it's beautiful !
@@jeff91800 I agree...As hard as it is and to their credit, alot of experienced bassists can play Maiden covers, but their timing, sound, and rhythm is usually off a by a little. Your cover of Moonchild was basically flawless. It's obvious that you understand the subtle nuances of Steve's technique and it shows in your playing.
Dude, can't thank you enough for these covers. You absolutely nail these every time. Keep them coming and again, I hope to see one for Back in the Village at some point. Cheers!

I love those bass players, who used their bass as a weapon :D
You have that Harris “clank” and gallop down to a t, great stuff 🤘

You keep pulling rabbit out of the head.

too much clank sound on E string. Improve this, and your sound will be great
