While "Reich" is a loose term to describe any territory that is under any type of rule. The compound word "Kaiserreich" however describes a certain type of monarchist empire. The type of rule in a "Kaiserreich" would be called "Kaisertum".
Literally translating compound words can be helpful in the early stages of learning german but the majority of nuances get lost. So beware, I guess

The issue with wikipedia is that people really have no idea of the "Cited Sources" bit at the bottom where people will reference where they obtained said information. When I was in High school, they told us not to use wikipedia directly, but it's perfectly fine to use the sources the people used on the page.
Essentially, Wikipedia has a margin of error being open for anyone to edit, but at the same time, it has potentially the most up to date information on some topics.
Most importantly though, it has a way for you to verify the source of the information yourself, and if it has no sourcing, you can just leave lmao.

Problem, the sources cited in the Scientology page are all books sourced from pro scientology descriptions, mostly from those currently in the religion. Just because its sourced doesnt mean that the sources themselves can be unbiased or undoctorable. I could make a wikipedia article about myself and use my own books and pay others to write about me in a good light, then use those as my sources while being only a few layers removed from what people are saying about me to keep up an appearance.

I'm a neoliberal pirate communist accelerationist. I believe maintaining / strenghtening the current neoliberal status quo, with exception to the issue of intellectual property, will lead to accelerated but manageable cycles of innovation that will eventually lead us to a post-scarcity fully automated economy, at which point communism is inevitable.
Thing is it actually makes sense.

Accelerationism didn't start out as a right-wing ideology, but emerged from the experimental work of an ultra-left group of academics at the University of Warwick. This group of academics might best be understood as a group of left-wing futurists looking for an exit from the small-scale localism of anarchist practice while reconciling the need for a complex understanding of the dynamics of capitalism with its precipitation towards collapse.
Nick Land is probably the most well known theorist behind accelerationism and a few of his essays are crucial to understanding the ideology, but accelerationism is in no way reducible to Landian accelerationism. Landian accelerationism gets its primary theoretical force from the notion that technology and capitalism are bound up in a feedback loop that eclipses and appropriates human agency and therefore subsumes all practical resistance to capitalism resulting in a 'techno-capital singularity' capable of resisting and co-opting all attempts to dismantle it while simultaneously improving its own capacities.
Left-wing accelerationism is primarily associated with the work of Alex Williams and Nick Srnicek who dismiss the notion of the 'techno-capital singularity' despite accepting the accelerationist problematic that capital and technology are intimately involved in the subsumption of human agency and spiraling towards collapse. For them, however, the accelerationist problematic simply requires reconfiguring the practical aims of the left, ditching the folk-political localism of occupy movements and small-scale anarchist communization in favor of a politics that is comfortable with abstraction and complexity.
Thus, left-wing accelerationism ought to be understood in terms of a political thought that engages with the abstract machines of capitalist economies in order to seek out ways to oppose the hegemony of capital with alternative economic tools that foreground worker's autonomy and agency. The portrayal of left-wing accelerationism as an ideology that practices a heightening of the tensions latent in the dialectic of labor and capital is therefore a misrepresentation because accelerationism is precisely an attempt to escape a thought that would couple practice to a determined outcome. Whether or not left-wing accelerationism provides a useful ideological counter to capitalism is up for debate, but to try to map it onto the Marxist notion of contradiction would be a mistake.

I just want a "local economy" without fucking Walmarts, McDonalds, National Banks, and all of the other organizations obese with capital. I want a "city council" that is there to fight to keep those exact companies out of my town. But no, the majority of government work is done simply to pave the way for Big Capital.
