You have to use an SPI Programmer like (CH341A,TL866ii,SVOD or RT809F/H) in order to read/write the BIOS chip.

Now we have to flash our created bios file through a chip programmer our can we flash it through software/ exe file without programmer

You have to use an SPI Programmer to re-flash the BIOS chip.
