This may be a dumb question, but what's the easiest way to get the video from your computer to your phone to post it on instagram? Is there a free or low cost solution you would recommend?
Rad, some nice tips for Premiere portrait here. All my vids involve voice / motion sync to music so I can’t really record into adobe post footage…well, super difficult…so I do it in one shot w/multi source in ScreenFlow, then edit in Premiere. Works great but these tips will def dial on my flow. Tx. 😎🖤🍭
Do you know what the problem is? The fact is that when you render a plot in a video project, the prime minister calculates the entire project taking a lot of time. Audio files that are not included in the selected area that need to be rendered. This is wildly infuriating!

I upload directly from my computer to the Instagram website. Is there any reason why you must upload on your phone?
If all your device apple, you can use airdrop.
