King's Court theme definitely has some peak moments and that is one of them. Oh boy, it brings me memory from when I first beat Cuphead... time do flies

@@user-ff5yt5dy2h as someone who played in an orchestra for quite awhile, it's completely possible to play a piece like floral fury at tempo but at that speed, it's better suited to be towards the end as it'd exhaust the musicians quite a bit, especially percussion. Getting the performers tired early on can lead to a sub-par experience for the listener. 0:30 at 1.25 speed is how fast the perc would be going for the entire 4 minutes.. so it's understandable that the director chose to keep it at lax tempo and bring out its more subtle side.

Not only does he play clarinet but for a few pieces of the set he plays either an alto or tenor saxophone can't really tell by the camera angle or by sound since he never has a sole with it

That segment was completely butchered… it looks like he was far too excited to properly play or he was just trolling the entire band. He nearly played every single note in the verse out of key…

It's a vibraphone, not a xylophone.
They look similar and it's easy to confuse them unless you seen them before or was told by someone who knows. At first I thought it was a xylophone until I watched a breakdown video of the cuphead ost
