Of all the machines I have used THE TABLE SAW really gets my heart racing. When you don’t have a healthy respect for any machine then you can land yourself in a world of trouble fairly lively. Thanks for the videos and keep up the good work.
Cheers Grumps! Can't beat a good little stool, makes a nice change to park it for a bit every now and again!

Hello my friend. Your project today is stool. The screws you threw from the side made a very stable stool. Good job. Nice stool. Congratulations. Great greetings.....
Great little project. Nice to hear someone say they are 'afraid' of some cuts on the table saw. I'm the same. Had a small table saw but got kick back and it frightened the life out of me. Sold the saw and now use a track saw on an MFT table for all my cuts. Great video.
Great stool build nice design and everything but, i wouldn't have done the 45 degree on it? i think my choice would have been a round over on all the edges, but i'm not the one who made the stool, so still a nice stool build. Barry (Wirral, ENG)
Nice job. I'm doing something similar myself. 6.2 degrees miter and bevel. Once I cut the board. I left my miter saw alone and brought the board straight over to the right to cut the other ends. You flipped yours and spun them? I'm lost
At 15:35 in you are using a push shoe the wrong way! By having closer to the blade than to the fence it will tend to rotate the workpiece causing a kickback, rather than pushing it straight forward. Try it and see if you don't agree. You could even use your miter gauge because the end is not trapped by the blade because of the bevel cut. I do this often. It's a myth that you can't use both the miter gauge and fence at the same time, there are some restrictions, however.

Thanks Frank! The tablesaw can really focus your attention. I love mine, but still scares the life outta me!!!
Cracking little stool. Need to make one of these for my workshop.

My Friend, next time please use your miter gauge or make a cutting jig sled. Sooo much safer. Nice project
Hi Thomas, you could be right! I hate the mitre cuts, but never thought of a sled. Future Video!!!
Thank you very much i love the video

Hello Andy I am Tommy like you I am a hobbyist woodworker or my wife a RUclips watching woodworking hobbyist 😂.
Is there any other Irish RUclips channels or a way of finding them other than pot luck
Lovely job mate. I actually hate using the router more than anything 🤔
I was routering a small circle and lost my finger tip. So I get it, keep a healthy respect for the tool.
Yeah, the router is fairly scary to be sure, but I think that's manlinly due to the noise levels, it's by far the noisest tool in the shop!
@@bobrobertson9636 ouch!
@@andy.elliott.foreverpens the circle I was working on was a nose for a outside Santa. I believe it was just to small to hang on to, live and learn.
👍
Cheers Pete!
