May or may not seem strange but I've endured life without electricity in Malvern FAR more than in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I have stayed in Cambodia a total of 24? months in last seven years..maybe** lost power a total of one hour...every time i am back in malvern i'm like 'damn, wish I was in Cambodia so I could have electricity lol..If you were there in 13' youll remember almost ALL of Malvern lost power for like 3 days at end of december.. was miserable
I lived out of city limits so when the power went out it was weeks at a time and happened almost every winter and sometimes randomly through the year. A day or two without power every couple of months minimum
@@adventurelife_ 😦 Wow! Well after* I had commented about 13' I thought I should have mentioned the outskirts...because I remember there were people I worked with that were without power 1-2 weeks that time😯
