Has a lot of shelf presence, this kit. I was STUNNED when Prime92 showed that the Miss Sazabi is actually not only taller than the Sazabi, but taller than the Doven Wolf. Massive kits, both that one and this.
She does have long legs, yeah, mainly, though Sazabi was already pretty big, obviously. only thing that bugs me about her proportions is the arms being a bit thick, but I don't mind much. She kinda looks like Katoki made her, with his love of long-legged mobile suits.
I think the nu gundam mass production type is even more powerful, it was 80% as strong as the nu gundam. And it could use four INCOM units for non newtypes.
I believe that the space cancer was removed on the gn-x III When the gn drive taus were optimized instead of just being a direct copy of the GN Drives.
Love the unicorn version cause in unicorn they basically scrapped the 80s paint jobs for realistic military colors fitting for the German WW2 theme of the suits.
I'm not really sure what you mean by the legal hurdles. It's already been made into a Robot Damashii and plenty of Sentinel MS have been made into model kits.
Oh, right. You see, these designs are copyrighted to Model Graphix (the magazine that published Sentinel) so they have to pay an extra royalty, so if they're cheapasses they just won't want to do it again after the bunch of sentinel kits that came out before. And I think RDs tend to get discontinued often so it might be cheaper to release them that way (but I'm just talking out of my ass, disregard if I'm wrong.) Also there's a fan conspiracy theory that the Silver Bullet was created as a Captain Ersatz of the Mk V for this very reason, but it's just a fan conspiracy theory.
SigmaXVirus Good point. The Erzatz theory isn't that far-fetched either, it's kinda the MK.V, but at the same time it isn't. Maybe that and the RD were bandai dipping their toe in the water (The GM Sniper II was a RD first too) I guess that with the global economic problems Bandai doesn't even want to take the slightest risk. I think that the MK.V will get released but after Unicorn and Origin models have been released. The MK.V will be successful but the financial success will probably be somewhat lower when compared to Unicorn and Origin due to the royalties.
For some reason I find that I actually like this version more than Unicorn one. Maybe its because I have watched ZZ Gundam three times and because of it I have attachment to this particular version of Döven Wolf.
Same here. I got both the Unicorn ver and ZZ Ver and I got to say I prefer the ZZ Ver over the Unicorn Ver due to its color scheme and it doesn't really look so busy-looking compared to the Unicorn Ver.
@Kyle Morgan
I think my fav is this one, followed by the Silver Bullet(GM Face!) and finally the Unicorn Ver.

I guess the nobel gundam had long legs =P
It's a shame that Miss Sazabi isn't well proportioned =/

With doven wolf and its psycommu technology and all it makes me wonder why bandai hasn't made a gundam mk 5 or psycommu zaku
About the Mk-V, I've got some great news for you from 2021.
@@BamesNond4882 the mk V was a MG,and a P-Bandai at that
@@kevingarcia6746 I'm not complaining duh,
I just don't like p bandai stuff
Simple as that
This is like the ultimate mass produced mobile suit for non newtypes

I would personally take a gnx over this but then again I would get cancer so.... nah you’re right

@@kevingarcia6746 i was looking for Döven Wolf kits to make Banager custom version Gundam MKII and stumbled on this comment lol
Doven Wolf, Spacenoid for 'fuck you'.
Best mass-produced enemy suit ever.
thats impressive! I am surprised thats its not a complete remold! nice review goku

I'm gonna be getting all three versions of this mold because i'm collecting all the HGUC kits.
And because i've been using it on Breaker 3 a lot lately; i'll be getting this ZZ version when i next get paid.
@@kevingarcia6746 Eh, i do that occasionally...
I still haven't bought the Sleeves or Suppressor versions of the Doven Wolf yet.
It'd be great to have the Mk V but since there's some legal hurdles regarding Sentinel, it's not really likely.

You can use those mini stands on the incoms and use the MG 00 style flat beam blades as an effect too, they fit well enough
I honestly thought you were American until I watched this older video. you've got so much more of an accent 7 years ago.
For some reason I find that I actually like this version more than Unicorn one. Maybe its because I have watched ZZ Gundam three times and because of it I have attachment to this particular version of Döven Wolf.
I prefer this version too. For me it's probably because I've been looking for this version for quite a while =P (the antique 80's model)
Same here. I got both the Unicorn ver and ZZ Ver and I got to say I prefer the ZZ Ver over the Unicorn Ver due to its color scheme and it doesn't really look so busy-looking compared to the Unicorn Ver.
Huh, your camera makes this kit look really blue. That's weird.
Yeah, it didn't look that off on the preview screen. I should've gone for the "yellow" mode =P
***** You're not the only one, at least. Prime92's review also makes the kit look way bluer than it actually is.
7 years later still no hguc mk v, its over
Thanks for this review, not much on yt
Which of the three versions do you like personally?
I love the döven wolf
I know it's a little late but.. Can the doven wolf operate on earth or is it only able to function in space?
Space
Put some sticky tack on the bottom of those stands. That'll work just fine.
I just picked this kit up at a hobby store for 33 bucks. I over paid, but I don't mind getting reamed for something that is hard to find.
Still waiting for my Hi-Zack Custom (Sleeve ver.).
Same here. Then we'll FINALLY get a normal version too. Something we should've gotten over a decade ago.
That waist articulation though
How many centimeters tall this gunpla?
I hate how dumbed down this ms is by Narrative's silver bullet
i bought mine for 20 canadian dollars.
wops cross that the 20$ one was the 1986 version. not quit what i was expecting
