Great review as always. I just noticed that one of the reasons I like your reviews is that your poses are always very natural. Thanks also for the comparison at the end. The GM Sniper Custom II suddenly looks very wimpy standing beside a monster of a MS that is the MS-06R2.
What if you compared with HGUC Shin Matsunaga's Zaku 2? It is pretty similar to Johnny Ridden's for the design, I think the main differences are color, the foot armor and other minor diffs.
The main difference is that with the Victory gundam, the joint is in the protrusion(so it's build to work with it) With the Zaku II HM, however, the joint is in the leg and not the protrusion since it re-uses the Zaku II F2 mold.
***** Ah, I see. But isn't that how the HM Zaku legs are supposed to be? Without the armor, the leg could bend quite a ways more. If I remember correctly, the MG 2.0 version bends either about the same or even a bit less.
the bad leg bend doesn't bother me much, since I would rarely if ever use it, but it does suck it cannot kneel. I guess he was born to fly. Leave the kneeling to the regular Zakus, I figure.
Really great review, btw juss wondering, how did u get that pink sticker for the giant bazooka to fit on well, I fcked it up on my Dom lol, btw are u going to review the blue destiny unit 3 anytime soon, there's only 2 reviews I've found and they both suck╰_╯
Hmmm, thanks for the heads-up. The Blue Destiny units have always had that "I'll definitely build it next time, but first I'm gonna build something else" thing lol. Guess I now know what to build after the HG Zeta. =P I'll even throw in a unit 2 review afterwards. And all I remember about getting the sticker in there was using a toothpick on the edges (and maybe also to slightly move it into position)
Are the bosster covers on the outer calves a separate piece and removable? If so id love to take them off and put them on the hg the origin zaku high mobility type. Could make a higher quality version of this then
That right arm seems better than the RG in terms of holding the maximum amount of weapons.

This has to be one of my favorite Zaku variants besides for the Zaku I Sniper. I just wish they'd make an RG Version of this.

V's protrusion is at the top and the legs are slimmer, while the leg joint itself is larger.

It doesn't matter. High Mobility type zaku doesn't designed for kneel.

Ayum Char’s Zaku color scheme is basically a pink, while this is very red, so they’re fairly different
