Ill give you a more indepth answer, i believe its from the wiki but im too lazy to check They were originally called something else when they got discovered by a record label (outerloop) and outerloop asked them if they wanted to change it to Chasing Safety because it seemed like a better alternative to what their former name was.. so outerloop probably did take it from the underoath album so they could get some sort of recognition.
I feel like they recorded this video in the early fall and waited to release it until January because you have nothing else to do but watch RUclips videos on your PC in January.
Us, From Outside was much better... I know it's the same band, but their first album was just amazing, their vocalist just had a different vibe to him, and the way he sang the songs. I really like revived too, but I feel chasing safety just won't match what I felt on the revived album... Bummer
