@@PatriciaDuchaussoy amo el balón, podría decir que más que reformer, me. Gusta reformer, pero siento más libertad con el balón, y los ejercicios de suelo me encantan también, fui instructora de Pilates y amaba dar clases, hoy solo contratan profesores de gimnasia o kinesiologos, yo era muy buena, además fui bailarina clásica cuando joven y entiendo el movimiento quizás mejor que ellos, pero por no tener un título de profesora o kinesiologa no me contratan 😞 y eso que podría decirte que en el centro de pilates qué trabajaba, algunos profesores por hacer la clase más "entretenida" se salían de los fundamentos de Pilates y varias veces algunas alumnas se lesionaban, conmigo nunca sucedió pues yo era muy cuidadosa con las clases, y muy rigurosa al momento de ejecutar el ejercicio, mis alumnas se acostumbraron y varias me decían que habían logrado muchas cosas con migo que antes no podían hacer. Pilates es ir de a poco, ahora como se ha comercializado, para atraer público no les interesa ir lento, sino la rapidez es una característica de las clases, muy mal, para mi es colo el ballet, se debe ir poco a poco. En fin ya no me dedico a eso, pero me sigue gustando mucho 😍❤️
