The "articulator tools" tab for Automations have a ton of time savers! Like copying an automation pattern onto another one with "Copy state". You can also find an option to merge your automation clips in the song editor under "Edit". Used a ton while making this. happy automatin

Right-click on the purple knob with a 1 on it, go to the "Order" menu and select any of the "steep" options. From there, right-click the purple *frequency* knob (different from the other one I mentioned, you'll find it on the bottom right of the plugin) and select "create an automation clip". Dude this is EXACTLY what I've been needing. I've been getting Into automation a lot more but hand drawing it is... tiring cuz I'm doing a lot of it. Thanks!!
Wow, 7 years of using this program and I still learn new things that have the potential to change the game for me 🙏 I love this community so much, the knowledge I gain is priceless ✨
Also another way you can adjust automations in even more detail is by playing an effect (be it adjusting volume or panning or any other effect) in a separate pattern and recording the automation. For example, if you're trying to automate the panning on a synth you can drag a blank pattern into the playlist along with the synth pattern. Record the automation and press play, whilst adjusting the effect it will be recorded into the empty pattern as an automation and it just gives you finer control over what you want to automate. I found out about this not too long ago and I think it's very cool. Thank you Synthet for teaching us these cool tips on FL!
my dyslexic ass thought the title said animation (im an artist) but i stayed anyway because genuinely sick video. learned something ill never need thank you
I used to enjoy making music but had to leave it because of work and family life Since I saw your channel from the first time a few months ago you just are making it hard for me and make me want to go back at music production again, im aching for some tunes lately man😂 Some of the finest instructional videos on the internet are made by you, keep it up!
I'll be frank, the automation sequencer is actually one of the things I've never even thought about during my 5 years of using FL Studio. Usually I know about the things you've mentioned (Like the articulator tools in this one), but this is new to me. I just like watching these videos for little inspiration and reminders every once in a while. I've always been doing automations manually, and now you're telling me *that* has been an option this entire time? Good to know. Effector is also a plugin I had completely forgotten about, gonna try that in some song. Thanks for doing these videos and helping people, both newbies and long time producers, with their musical journey. Wishing you the best and let us all produce something worthwhile in the future.

It's fruity Parametric EQ 2, one of the default plugins in FL Studio. @@banana4880
