America is a terrible place to work as a software developer. Join me while I explore the 7 reasons why Norway is a significantly better place to both works and have a good life. Almost everything is better in Norway, including; Vacation/PTO, healthcare crime, prison, education, unemployment, down-to-earth culture, work-life balance, and so much more. It’s more or less just the better salary in the US, and I will show you why even that’s not completely true.
