The musician that really caught my attention to how creatively he uses delay would be Norwegian guitarist Terje Rypdal. Amazing tones, great player and composer. Worth checking out imho. Surprised nobody mentioned Robert Fripp... love his Frippertronics and his work with Brian Eno.
Really nice, I’ve already bought this amazing pedal and I’ve been watching some vids to get more acquainted with the features. Anyway, really nice playing! I really got a lot out of this one. Thanks…
Surprised there’s no usb so it can’t be updated . It’s a good pedal but the tape delay is a little confusing . The ethereal had reverb but this doesn’t. The space echo had reverb as well but not in . For me it’s a good pedal but I’d like to see a comparison with the boss dd200
One thingI have to say about the 2290 simulations! In the original 2290, the delay was phase reversed on one side when either pan or mod was not activated, wich gave it a very special wideness. None of those clones that you see today seem to capture that in there products. Pardon my writing skills - I’m danish.
You're Danish? Im just up the road in Sweden.. Yes that is a cool feature of the original 2290, and the TC 2290 DT plugin is a great version of that classic Delay.
Stupid question but how would one set it up for exact bpm such as Gilmour would use - Boss pedals have the function to put in the bpm - how would you do it with this kind of pedal - just wing it I would assume
Who’s your favourites guitarist that uses delay creatively?
Big Wreck's Ian Thornley - Ghosts ruclips.net/video/3uYzg6dgoDU/видео.html
The Edge and of course Dr Brian May!!
Definitely The Edge of course! However, Brian May is a pioneer of the delay and a true inspiration
I'm just like everyone else, Brian May first then all of the great Post Punk guitarists like The Edge, John McGeoch and others

Any thoughts on presets changing for live scenarios? Without a midi setup. Thank you!
I think midi is the only answer for the presets sadly.. You can get a very basic midi switcher.
Great video, great pedal, great pedal, great KISS shirt, and those pants!! Well done!
LOL Thanks Steven
Great job Jamie thanks for sharing - looks like this is on my to buy list - sounds great - subscribed
Thanks for the sub!

Terrific playing - thanks!

What kind of bridge is that on your guitar? Looks amazing
Which guitar do you mean? I use a few in that video
@@SixStringAlliance The flamed top Music Man. Though you may be using the same bridge/trem on the strat Music Man
