Hi, im Cassy aka "Chocolate Autizzy." I’m a late diagnosed autistic woman living with alexithymia, and I’ve made it my mission to advocate for those who feel unseen and unheard. Whether you’re navigating life with ASPD, CPTSD, dysthymia, or just carrying emotional pain that feels too heavy, I want you to know that your struggles matter, your suffering is valid, and your story deserves to be heard.
Being a mental health advocate while struggling to get my own care isn’t easy. Some days, it feels like trying to save a sinking ship with a teacup. But I keep going because I know what it’s like to feel invisible. I respond to messages from people who’ve been labeled as “incels,” “femcels,” or worse labels that mask the real issue: loneliness, pain, and the need for connection.
I’m also passionate about standing up for overworked professionals like teachers, nurses, and law enforcement workers. These roles ask so much of you while offering so little emotional support in return. You don’t have to have it all together to help others, but you do deserve the space to say, “I’m not okay.”
We’re all in this together. The suffering of the emotionally handicapped and neurodivergent will no longer be ignored. My goal is to break the stigma, to remind us that mental health is a necessity, not a luxury, and to create a world where asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. You don’t need to be perfect to be worthy. Show up as messy, human, and healing as you are that’s enough. And together, we can create the compassion we all need.
