d pad conductive rubber looks the same as dual shock many thanks for the video
Thank you so much for the help! it is very easy to follow too :))
thank you mery much for the help, it was pretty simple following your video.
i've got one question, where is the battery located?
i've got a controller which connects to the pc and works properly but the battery stucks at 0% charge, what it can be?
Sorry was on vacations... For the nacon controller Pro revolution 2 there is no battery, this controller is cable only :(
@@oldniustuff Thanks!!
Good video!! Helped me a lot
Thanks
Hey there, I was wondering if I could replace the female 3.5 headphone port inside the controller because after 3 months of using this controller it stopped working properly and now I only hear sounds from the left side of my headset. The headset itself is fine as I've tried it with other devices and I also used different headphones with the controller and I got the same result (sound coming from only the left side).
Sure i believe you can replace it if you are comfortable with soldering since the jack needs to be soldered. But before that i would suggest to disassemble the controller and see what is the issue with the current headphone jack, maybe is just dirty (noticed that in one once) or part of the jack might not be solder. Hope you will be able to fix.
Same issue, but I only hear at the right side.
Same issue 😢 if it work with you tell them
super video, thank you 🙂
bro can you tell me how to fix the L1 button because when i touch it i must to press hard plss can you tell me how to fix it
might be that something related to the button is broken, some small plastic, I would suggest to open the controller and check it, maybe some glue will be enough. Hope it helps!
Me too bro
买的二手手柄左摇杆下推有二段阻力 拆开吹了吹没解决还把一根白线自然断开 不知道怎么连接只能搭上去勉强能用不敢晃动
Thank you for your help!
You are welcome, glad it helped!
Hey bro!
Can you tell me what to do when my R2 button making noise when pressing it down? I watched your video, but can't find how to clean the triggers.
Yes is bit tricky to remove them, can try to make a video, but not sure if will help since I don't have that issue.
@@oldniustuff I would be happy for that!
@@szabolcsnagy8215 check the newest video, hope it helps.
Hi can i use analog stick ps4 or ps5 for nacon because i don’t find any anlalog for nacon?
Sorry for the late answer. I think you can, I tried in nacon unlimited and it does fit I guess for Revolution 2 should fit as well. Let me know if it does work.
Can I just put the parts without electronics in water?
I think you can, just be sure there is no metal/electronics still together with the plastic and dry it very well afterwards, that is why with Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) its much safer since it evaporate very quick.
Hello, i was wondering what screw remover were you using? Like what type (sorry for bad english) i used to open up my dual shock 4 with a knife but these screws are like way deeper and the knife wont fit so i need to buy that thing. Thanks.
Your English is great ;) I used these ones in the description, i needed the multimeter parts so was a nice bundle. But if you need just the screwdrivers check the description of the link i wrote and you will see how long/wide they are. The seller says they are magnetic but it was just in the beginning after some time not really... hope it helps.
@@oldniustuff thanks i already fixed my controller, this video helped so much thank you
help me please my nacon pro 2 does not turn on after i connect it to the cable the leds do however
As far as i know the Nacon controller just works with cable. When you have it connected with cable does it work properly?
TryDodo- ; same, it doesn’t connect or turn on when I connect it to pc or the ps4
Same, suddenly it no longer lights up
Do you know how to fix stick drift ?
I’m having very bad drift on my left analog stick.
Also my controller automatically starts spamming L2 but then I have to disconnect and reconnect immediately and then it stops temporarily but it’s still very annoying. :/
Bro update firmware
Connect controller to pc or mac and download nacon revolution pro controller 2 app connect controller to pc choose ps4 or pc(depends on what you using it on) tap firmware update and you are good to go
You can try to update firmware as @Gsdf Asdf mentioned. In case that doesn't work i would suggest to open the controller and clean it with IPA, might be that is just dirty. In case that doesn't help can be the analog stick need to be replaced.
@@oldniustuff I don't have IPA is there anything alternate for it.
@@deepakrajkumar5713 i heard vinegar helps, but i never tried so i would be very cautious.
My L3 doesn't click i tear nacon compact thanks for this video, what kind of cleaner did you use?
I did use IPA (Isopropyl alcohol) sometimes is hard to find it. As well you can use WD40 contact cleaner, just be sure is the contact cleaner.
Hope it helps!
@@oldniustuff thank you dear i will try to search for it, regrding my L3 it dosent click anymore is there a way to clean it or replece it? many thanks
@@Zain792 you can clean it with the WD40 contact cleaner but if it doesnt help then only replacing it from what I know, for replacement you need to solder a new one which is a pain.
what is the site to buy the parts please ?
Usually I try to search in AliExpress or in eBay.
@@oldniustuff I did not find what I was looking for
Hi can u help i seem to have lost the right stick plastic cap is there a replacement available somewhere
When I was searching I couldn't find any specific for nacon, but I would recommend to search in ali express and see if there is something similar, maybe from other controllers it fit since there are different types.
Can you help me the right dpad clicks by itself and also the r1 but that only happens in the gta v menu
Using what can i clean the motherboard can i clean it with a toothbrush or it will damage it?
A toothbrush should be fine. Just don't use excessive pressure. I always used a toothbrush to clean all electronics never had an issue.
Please could you help me, My Nacon Pro Rev V2 has an issue. The L2+R2 triggers always clic on their own even when I don't press them and this causes issues for me in gameplay. Especially in shooters or Fighting games the buttons just seem to press themselves (auto fire).
Is there any solution you could provide? I would appreciate it. - I have tried increasing the deadzone
It could be that they are calibrated incorrectly. Download the nacon app in their website and connect your controller, you will be able to setup the sensitivity of the buttons.
Let me know if it helps.
Thanks for the response I truly appreciate it. Calibrating it is the 1st thing it worked but only for a while.
@@utteero did you checked again? maybe from time to time it changes back to some default.
@@oldniustuff thank you. I will try it after work.
hey man, late to the party i know, but my ps4 and pc stopped recognizing this controller as a controller at all and im really struggling to fix it, could you help me?
Never had that kind of issue... does any light comes on at all? might be some chip fried. As first step i would try to clean the board with IPA and see if that would help.
Dude can u please tell me how to fix controller drift on nacon revolution pro 2. It would be helpful
You can try to clean it with a cotton swab and IPA. If that doesn't work probably need to open and see or needs to be replaced. In some time will do a video about controller drift, have a couple with that problem.
Bought this month ago and my L2 spams by itself it only works fine if I increase trigger deadzone on software but I want to play with low trigger deadzone for instance response any solution?
Did you try to update the firmware? I know that overtime it get dusty inside, if firmware doesn't help then i would suggest to open it and clean the button itself. hope it helps!
How to connect to PS4 Slim but I don’t have PC. Please help me.
You should be able to connect straight to PS4 slim, just connect via cable.
For me it didn't recognise the Nacon controller when i did the first setup of the PS4, needed the original. After the setup i connected the Nacon and it worked fine.
Hey my r1 button sticks in so im trying to open the controller and where the aux cable goes i can’t pull it off hope u can help thanks
You mean the cable that i remove at minute 3:20 seconds?
Yoo hi there there is 1 more screw in the middle check properly there is a total of 7
Screws
@@sahimsajid yes, you are right :) counted incorrectly, last one is in the middle.
Old Niu Stuff hi there i have a very grave problem u see the headphone jack connector in my controller all of a sudden stopped working first i could hear from one side i removed my headset and put it back in then my mic wouldnt work and then it stopped working then i saw ur vid ipened it and that 3.5mm jack conmector fell off idk what to do i think i have to solder it but im only 13
Old Niu Stuff and i tried glueing it but it didn’t work but without me connecting mu headset it says there is already a headset connected any help
My L1 button feels loose but still works fine.. Could this be a problem?
It might be out off the socket or maybe some support casing in the inside broke. When do you shake the controller do you hear any loose parts?
If it doesn't bother you much leave it since it works, but I would suggest to open the controller if it bothers you.
No there is nothing making a noise when it's shaken.. Think it might be because it's getting used more than the R1 button
I can move the L1 like side to side where as the R1 barely moves at all
@@mikeyj8830 Yes, could be that is used more and the R1 and the housing started to worn off.
@@oldniustuff is that what happens to the buttons once they start getting used often? My R2 has a slightly bit more play than the L2 as the R2 is my shoot button
