We Finally Got Some Luck! (Genshin Impact Fontaine Only)

It's pulling time again, this time unlike last time pulling on this account we actually got quite lucky. I also managed to get some more characters leveled up and generally improving the account. Hope you enjoy the video.

i would say arlecchino is a fontaine character. i dont think it matters that she wasnt born in fontaine, all her mats are from fontaine so i think it could be counted. But its better to wait for sigewienne and chlorinde because they are honestly better value characters since sigewiene is another healer but prioritise chlorinde since there are no other electro fontaine characters

I wouldn't pull Arle because she's not technically Fontanian, as per the lore we have access to in-game. Tbh, you've got some insane characters to look forward to in 4.7 so it wouldn't be a crazy loss. (Clorinde is looking actually crazy... and hopefully a Furina rerun?)
Stringless is probably the best bet for your Lyney at the moment, especially if you want to hoard your bow billets. It doesn't sync well with his Mono Pyro playstyle, but a lot of people use him in Vape and Over-Vape comps anyway. Otherwise, I would craft a Hamayumi if you wanna stick to Mono Pyro, but the comps might feel wonky to play in practice with only Fontaine characters.
Either way, I would always pair Lyney with Chevreuse if you intend to use him on one side of the Abyss. Lyney can rack up the Marechaussee 4-set stacks fairly consistently with her on the team, and if you eventually cop her C6, that's a major DMG boost for him. She can hold Noblesse or Days Past and act like a Bennett stand-in for Pyro and Electro teams.

just like the logic with tartaglia being counted as a liyue character, arlecchino must also be counted as a different region character rather than being shneznayan

Awesome! We got some luck for this account. And these are good choices because now you've got some range and mining/shield breaking. :)
As for the matter of Arlecchino, I think she should count as a Fontaine character. Despite her origins and lack of dolphin dive, she's lived in Fontaine nearly her whole life and she's worked to save Fontaine's citizens from the prophecy. I think her vision case is also that of Fontaine's, so I think we can consider her a bit like Mona and Kaeya (who are generally considered Mondstadters).
With that said, I think skipping Arlecchino might be a good plan for now. With Clorinde and Sigewinne coming, that'll give you more elements (Clorinde is the first Fontaine electro, I think?) and healing (Sigewinne). If Hoyo is feeling generous, maybe Chevreuse and Charlotte will get some reruns soon too. So skipping on Arle for now might be a better option on an account basis.

I recommend fontainian craftable bow for lyney and if not that then hamayumi. The fontaine one was like. Taylor made for him

The craftable Fontaine weapon Song of Stillness is pretty good for Lyney because you get a DMG boost when getting healed. Prototype Crescent could be a good option too but you need to hit weak points and that can be a bit inconsistent. So I think Song of Stillness would be a better choice. If you get a bow billet that would be perfect :)

I would probably not consider Mona a Fontaine character, from memory she doesn't do the dive out of the water like all other Fontaine characters and she has a Mondstadt vision. I did think about it though.

i think pulling for arle is fine but its ultimately your choice.
logic: arle was "born" and raised in fontaine, which is based off of france, meaning everyone there is white unless there families come from other backgrounds. so id say thats basically like calling an american who is asian a non-american just cause their family isnt from america, you get me??

Yes but she herself said that she only called herself fontainian because it was convenient for her when she just grew up there...
