The top 3 Fatui harbringers are close to archon power yes. However, the buff Yae Miko gave was hopes, dreams and ambitions of ALL the visions Ei took. Think of it as the DBZ earth buff basically. We also didnt defeat Raiden in combat she just stopped to listen to us.

Im not the smartest on genshin lore but im pretty sure its the gnosis that gives them their archon status and power and yae mikos buff is a really strong one

Based on Fontaine, it seems the archon status is tied to the "thrones" created from the power of the dragon sovereigns. Which is why Focalors has to do this whole run around to destroy her "throne" to return the power to Neuvillette and then Fontaine no longer has an archon afterwards. While Ei was "archon" despite having given the gnosis to Miko for the last 500 years (so the entire time she was archon, since Makoto had it before) and Zhongli, Venti and Nahida are still considered archons even after giving up theirs.
Or something.
