I got a tower of garden quartz and the store also called it Shaman Quartz! Mine has so many beautiful stripes and striations, it’s seriously hypnotic and draws me deep inside of it

Hello Irene 👋🏻 I would suggest to follow your intuition here, as it will tell you exactly what suits you right now, but typically the right hand is great for giving and taking action, the left side is more so about receiving and our internal world ☯️ Hope this helps 😘

what's the difference between garden quartz and tibetan quartz?

The main difference is the inclusions each of them contains: while Tibetan Quartz holds naturally carbon and manganese, Lodolite aka Garden Quartz holds a mix of hematite, chlorite or even feldspar and sometimes other minerals :)

It depends on how saturated with Chlorite and other inclusions it is it can be fully saturated and opaque.
I actually prefer the more fully saturated and opaque pieces
