@@ItsBugsy it's a friendly conversation. Video isn't really required as most people listen to podcasts whilst travelling or doing another task that occupies their eyes

John Goodman in The Big Lebowski is up there for greatest comedic performances in cinematic history for me
I was in that '1776' show at La Comedia in Ohio with John. I was a local waiter at the theater, and was put in the show playing a congressional delegate. I think John was also in 'Godspell' there. He was a tall blond hunk back then. Still is!!

When I was 18, I was a waitress at Fairfield’s Bar & Grill in La Jolla Village Shopping Center. Everyone from La Jolla Playhouse hung out there including Johnny; Dan Florek; Des McAnuff (#Heineken); Paul McCrane; and the adorably funny, Bill Irwin. I think it was after John’s first season when he made “Revenge of the Nerds”, and everyone at Fairfield’s was so thrilled for him.
John premiered “Big River” at the Playhouse before it went to Broadway. I also remember watching Dan in “The Three Cuckolds” at the Old Globe. I sat next to George Hamilton and just flat out didn’t recognize him. Turns out, I have a bit of face blindness, but his utter indignation with me was palpable. I was so embarrassed when Dan told me who he was after the show.
I doubt anyone would remember me, but it has always been such a joy to watch everyone’s success. Hugs and best wishes to all, Loree Jarrell

Same here, it's odd because it actually seems like John avoided talking about the franchise, because he didn't mention Monsters at Work when he mentioned The Righteous Gemstones and The Connors.
I found that interesting how John Goodman got lots of commercials and did not enjoy it. I also find it interesting hearing that he would Go to the library to read plays.
I hope they all get to work together with John !
