      Agreed. I am amazed by his knowledge, his insight, and his obvious deep concern and love for the flock. We are so blessed to be able to hear him on this platform.

    Thank you for helping me to understand, your Grace.
    Every day I learn more and more about myself and how much needs to be done. Please keep me and my family in your prayers. I am still a young Christian in my soul, needing so much to learn. I just pray I have enough time to be forgiven my sins through confession.

      Thank you for understanding me. We really don’t have that much time when we are older to finally get what it takes to be saved. Salvation is not without work. We cannot live by faith alone. Glory to God for all things. Have a peaceful day.

    Ευλόγησον, Δέσποτα!
    This is something I struggle with often, to not be a fanatic, to not become furious and lose my temper with Protestants, Papists, Monophysites and modernist Orthodox. May the Lord grant mercy. 🙏🏼

      @@OrthodoxTradition The Romanian Orthodox Church is in communion with the other Orthodox churches but the "Old Calendarist" Romanian Churches are in schism ever since the Calendar controversy. Happily though, they are a very small minority of churches.

    4:30 It was nice to see you say there are Pharisees among the Orthodox, and that the temptation is to become proud. This has been all I've run into so far. "We're the only real church, you're a Protestant, we're better than you, why don't you leave this page?"

    • @icxcnika2037
      @icxcnika2037 16 дней назад

      Saying we are the only true church doesn't mean they're saying they're better, for a lot of them were protestant too at one point and the grace of God illumined them. I am sorry you ran into anyone actually telling you they're better as a person because that is not orthodox.
      However, yes, we are the one true church. ❤

    What is the main difference between ROCOR churches and Greek Orthodox? Are we still in communion ? For a simple minded Orthodox Christian (me) these differences might serve for confusion? For example the war in Ukraine- 2 countries with majority Orthodox Christian populations, they are at war . ?

    • @OrthodoxTradition
      @OrthodoxTradition  6 месяцев назад

      We are not part of either churches. We belong to the Church of the Genuine Orthodox Christians of Greece.

    • @georgiosrigas4207

      The main differences between ROCOR churches and Greek Orthodox churches are not theological, but historical, jurisdictional, and liturgical, sharing the same dogmas, the Nicene Creed, and the Seven Ecumenical Councils.

    Revelations 3:9
    Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.
    John 8:44
    You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
    It is written. Who are the followers of the Unholy Talmud, who worship Moloch, are the Jews, although they are not the real Jews.
