Wow, I literally beated Sonic 4 Episode II yesterday on Steam and this video got recommended, and got 10 hours of Sonic 4 Episode II in there too, I honestly... like this game, it's fun to me. I've already had beaten Sonic 4 Episode II before on Android, but not with all Chaos Emeralds, and I had the game for a very long time on Steam and only had like 3 hours 2 weeks ago (even in tMoStH i had more hours with 3,4), even if I already liked it before those 2 last weeks, for some reason, I was not used to play it very often and had never beaten it on Steam before, but decided it on these last weeks, beat it with all the Emeralds (even tho I played sometimes with my best friend on Steam, and the last time we played, some days ago, was what got me into playing and beating singleplayer, also, our game was not lagging and didn't had any problem at all lol) And, yeah... I still like it, I think EP II does 1000x better than Episode I in everything, graphics, gameplay, physics, the level design having multiple paths like the classic games, being able to do the same tricks such as jumping at the top of a loop to gain speed or jumping in a slope to go higher, etc. But EP I on the other hand... that one I don't have it, and don't want to buy it, I think it is a pretty mediocre game, worst level design, worst physics, etc. But I still don't think is THAT bad as everyone says, and the biggest Sonic 4 mistake (and the reason that for me always has been the reason for so many hate on the game) is the name "Sonic 4", I don't mind that being the name, but I think if the name of the game was Sonic the Portable as it was originally going to be, it would not be that hated And I already said this to some friends, but I love EP II so much that I wish we had a final episode, Episode III with Knuckles, Sonic 4 would be comparable with Sonic 3 like that, 4 episodes representing Sonic 1, CD, 2 and 3 & Knuckles, 15 levels (5 per episode), which would be good considering Sonic 3 has 14 zones and Sonic 2 has 12, probably 2 or 3 hours of regular gameplay, also cool considering the classic games take beetween 30 minutes to 2 hours, and of course a finale to that series so after Episode III it would be cool if we moved on to what we got now, after Sonic 4, Sonic Mania and then Sonic Superstars
Sonic 4 is peak!!! Obviously not but I'm such an apologist for it. It's so mediocre but the potential behind it is something that I've stuck with so greatly that I even made concepts for a reimagining with some friends and other people. Scope creep and no motivation has put it into an indefinite state of limbo though.

Side note: we need more solo things in Splatoon that will allow us to earn xp and such when offline. Like a solo turf war, a solo grizzco, and a new recon that's ACTUALLY a recon... All controlled with CPUs. Sure we have local co op... But not everyone has wifi or friends with Splatoon 3 or a switch. So... Give us an option to do solo offline battles against CPUs... It's quite literal possible as grizzco has shown... So give us it... It'd also help in getting rewards and guns for new players... Since matchmaking sucks ass... I WANT OFFLINE VERSIONS OF WHAT WE HAVE FOR ONLINE! WITH THE ABILITY TO EARN XP AND REWARDS! HECK, JUST A SIMPLE THING LIKE TABLE TURF REWARD MECHANICS WOULD BE FINE! Absolutely wrong, 4 EP2 isn't close to the worst, look at something like Sonic Genesis, Boom, Free Riders, some of the Tiger Electronic and Java games, Labyrinth, and etc. EP1 Console is leagues worse too. I came here for the worst sonic game, not the most mediocre 2D one.
