I can only speak from my own experiences in the US but I definitely got t-shirts with my pre-orders of Sonic Heroes and Sonic Riders at GameStop. The Heroes shirt was white and featured Team Sonic and the logo. The Riders shirt was gray with Riders Sonic on the front and the logo on the back at the bottom of the shirt. Really slick. I still have them somewhere!
I didn’t have a console even after I bought it on Steam so at the time I pre-ordered the PS5 version of Superstars as a gift for my nephew so I could get the acrylic stand and luckily my GameStop did end up getting it, just had to wait a few days after its release. I did end up getting it physically for myself on Switch. So yes I bought Superstars 3 times.

There was no way I could afford this in time, so I just stuck with my original pre-order. I thought Gerald Robotnik's journal would at least still be amazing since it would be like having something straight out of the games. I was imagining how cool it would look displayed on one of my Sonic shelves. I expected it to be a hard cover, or at the very least, the same size as the artbooks Sonic Mania Plus and Sonic Origins Plus came with. Little did I know, that parody commercial was misleading. When my copy came, I thought the journal was missing at first because I was only seeing the game in package, but then when I opened the case and took the papers with the codes for the skins out, it turned out I did get it, it was just a tiny little booklet. It's probably not scratched. Most acrylic stands have a protective plastic film that is removable.
