As bad as the debate was, I see it more as Biden struggling to answer the next question while at the same time wanting to give a rebuttal to all of Trump's lies during previous question and how Trump never actually answered the questions being asked. There certainly were times CNN did not even give Biden the chance to refute Trump's lies before moving on to next question. They just moved on to another question that was unrelated and never once called out Trump's endless lies. As always, CNN did an awful job as so called moderators.
And after his rebuttal of all the lies, Biden did circle back and answered the question posed. My bar was low, I wasn't concerned on truth or intelligence of an answer, but was the answer relevant to the question....... a debated view on the topic. This was NOT a rally where you talked on 'your own' agenda, it was a debate of the topic posed to see the contrast of view points. However to ask the same question to Mr. Trump 3 times is a failure and should have been called out as such. I sat on the couch and motioned a rope being drawn out for Trump to hang himself with his non-answer.(and lies)
Congressman Garcia needs to be put in an ad. He spolke eloquently about Biden and what is at stake. We need folks like him doing everything they can to get his message across to as many people as possible.
