- I flew down to Chattanooga last week and made the absolute most of a great 3 day weather window. I had Rust on my mind from my previous trip where I got super close. I wanted revenge and was stoked to make quick work of that to start the trip off right. From there it was all icing on the cake :)
Sorry for the horribly shit footage of Rust. It was literally the only place I could place the camera to show the whole boulder.

My right ear!! Great video, Paul! Killer sends on a quick trip, congrats!
Cool vid, though the audio seems weird. At least for me, music is coming through one channel/ear, and the audio from the footage on the other.
That is so odd. I’m not sure how that happened. I need to go back into the premiere file and see what happened 😑😑😑 sorry about that!
Ahahahah, same! It took me 5min to figure out what was happening there
Respect for the spotter! Thx for the edit! Nice🎉
Bill Murray lowkey the most impressive one on this tick list
😂😂😂😂 that thing is hard!
hardest boulder in chatt
That's fkin crazy in 3 days. Nice work Paul
Awesome to see you back in the Chattanooga area man! I’ve been dealing with an injured shoulder, so it’s great to see you crushing again! Cheers buddy 🤙
Love to watch you climb.
I don't understand these cuts in the videos nowadays. Did you send these climbs or not?
Which climb are you referring to?
so cool to see another ascent of blue mist!! Red Room footy anytime?
It’s on my insta 🎉!
classic ones
hows accessible is blue mist?
Sound mix is a little weird - most of the music is in the R channel.
Killer vibes
Lekker Brü
sick video but not a fan of the constant cuts during each climb. not sure why a 30-60 second climb needs 5 cuts...
It's a valid aesthetic style for some videos edit. It creates a sort of pace and you can match it with the music. I enjoyed it. Depends how you use it. Here it was mostly on top-outs and none at all on the hardest send.
I prefer the uncut footy too, it's less jarring to watch but also shows the nuance of what makes Paul such a great climber. That said, it's a personal choice on the editing and I'll take what I can get.
The panning of the sound is horrible too. Music is 100% R and video-audio 100% L. Unbearable, so i turned the sound off.
Nice climbing tho!!
