Torridon, Gairloch, Shieldaig and the Beautiful Wester Ross Coastline.

- This is the 3rd video from our Autumn adventures in Scotland. We travel on the A896 from Kinlochewe to the beautiful Torridon area, this is part of the NC500 route.
We spend time on the shoreline and visit Torridon Open Air Church. We stop for coffee at the fab little Wee Whistle Stop Café (we were not gifted any thing from here we paid normal prices)
We continued our journey around the spectacular coastline to the pretty village of Shieldaig . We enjoyed a very quite walk around before heading back to Loch Torridon viewpoint and once again went to find Callum the Stag.
We then travel to Gairloch and enjoy the beautiful beach before heading back to our accommodation Shieldaig Lodge for a last walk along the waters edge

Hi guys what a lovely drive the scenery was fantastic. It was such a lovely day. The colour of the rock was amazing. The open air church was really good imagine getting married there with that view. Great place for a coffee ☕️. We agree the water was such a beautiful colour very moving. Pretty little cottages at 9:24 they have a supurb view although bet it can get a bit rough in winter. The trees in Autumn colour were lovely. Boo did well a lovely walk on the beach. The shots at the end topped off a wonderful video. Congratulations guys what a treat . A big 👍 from us. Beautiful area to explore on a bright sunny day even if chill. A bit different when it rains. The coast here in the north west is perhaps my favourite part of Scotland. As you go further north the better it becomes. There are some wonderful roads to enjoy and some really brilliant walking. A posh picnic sounds good. Food options along this coast can be a bit limited at times. Hope today is another fun day exploring.

Fantastic video guys. The West coast is so scenic, I visited as a kid and it left a lasting impression, I just need to get my Mrs on board for a trip up there. We stayed in Gairloch all those years ago too in a cottage near the centre of the village.

We would definitely recommend visiting it. We went in October to avoid the midges as we had seen loads of videos of how bad they can get on the West Coast.

I know what you are saying about the colour of the water it's just amazing. We went to a beach on Skye called coral beach. Honesty it was like what I imagine the Carribean to look like!
