I remember how odd ATWT was at this time...they didn't seem to know whether she or Connor were supposed to be Mark's great love. I remember some comment on her last scene, when, in her dying breath, instead of telling him what she knew about Umberto, she told him her name (Te Amo). I hadn't heard this theme. Thanks.
Mark's true love was undoubtedly T Jones. It was so very sad at her deathbed as Mark held her hand & said he never did know her name throughout the course of their relationship & asked if she would tell him what it was. She said, "Tiamo", in her final breath. Quite poignant. This song played a lot for them. The last of which was when Mark was lighting candles & setting the table for a romantic dinner & in the next scene, we see T getting ran off the road by Umberto (Diego) on that fateful night.
She was the police woman who went undercover to try & bring Umberto Malzone (Diego) to justice. Sadly enough, she had a tragic fate, as Umberto caught on to her scheme & ran her off the road. She later died in Mark's arms at the hospital as a result of the injuries she sustained from the *accident*. Very sad ending for them, unfortunately.
