- In this video, I'll attempt to found out the HIGHEST Heart Rates Achieved in Geometry Dash! What is the highest though? Let's find out! Also, I'm trying to reach 1.6K by the end of the month, can we make that happen?
Disclaimer: This documentary is made only for entertainment purposes, and achieving new milestones is added in for dramatic effect. I am not encouraging heart attacks/heart disease.
Huge thanks to MathGenius for helping me out with this video! Go check him out!

Remember guys: this shouldn't be treated like a competition! Very high heart rates are very bad for people's health
yeah, just made this video to document heart rates and their history
it's not like it can be controlled

WildPoint’s 215 bpm is actually insane. Not just because of how high it was, but because he could literally have DIED from it. According to some scientists, the formula for your highest safe heart rate is 220 - your age. If your heart rate goes over that, you are at risk of a heart attack. This is why people can’t live forever, because eventually that number will get so low that your average heart rate will be at risk of a heart attack. So unless WildPoint is younger than 5 years old (which he obviously isn’t) then he was at a high risk of a heart attack. Geometry dash really is one of the most stressful games out there, with people literally putting their own lives at risk just to play.
Yeah, WildPoint is absolutely insane, hopefully he doesn't have a heart attack
@@Cobgd hes like 13 tho
like how Guitar is 23-25 [not sure exactly] but he got 201. Could have died there

@@Cobgd I got 213 bpm on a treadmill after 15 minutes instead of 215 bpm after grinding a demon for who knows how long. I'm the _real_ winner here.
Absolutely awesome video! If this doesn't prove that GD is one of the most stressful games out there, then I don't know what does.
Yeah, GD is a very stressful game lol
And thanks for the help man :)
Hello
this is actually really true
Checked every other game, none reach gd

Bruh just imagine passing out when you are at 95% cuz of your heart rate.
That would be scary lol

That would be a bruh moment
almost did that with windy landscape 2.5y ago. i felt hella light headed at the last ship but thank god i didnt pass out.
At least you wouldn't get a heart attack from a death like that 🤷♂
I've gone over 200 3 times myself. Even though those weren't included, this is still an amazing video!
yeah there are so many 200 BPM records lol, but thanks anyways!
@@Cobgd I got a heart rate of 210 when I died at 71% on Cataclysm once
@@sasdrob Damn, sorry for not mentioning you.
@@Cobgd It's alright, WildPoint achieved 215 before I achieved 210
@@sasdrob not to brag, but if i got 71% on cata i would be 247.
i am a fucking mouse, what is wrong with me
By the way this is very dangerous, that's anaerobic heart rate ( so basically the heart rate you'd have in activities like sprinting at 100 % effort), to have that while playing a videogame seems pretty insane to me
id say, i never knew this was even possible. i thought nax nearly died bc ive been told multiple times your highest heart rate is 220-your age. *215.* seriously, never would i have thought when i bought this square it would be one of those that breaks a human limit in a way i wouldve never expected. great video, hope to see more from you soon.
Thanks man, and yeah I was really surprised because of the 220 - age rule lmao. People are crazy nowadays
@@Cobgd the Karvonen formula is what you're on about and for it's more specifically based for fitness related activities. Obviously it doesn't account for the really short (anaerobic) bursts of heart rate; but it's more specifically based on everyday, normal activities. Now other factors also affect heart rate such as medical conditions, medication, fitness levels and changes to heart rate at age.
As mentioned before, these kinds of heart rate peaks are caused through anaerobic levels of activity. These don't typically last longer than 2 minutes as they cause build up in some sort of lactic acid, causing pain and potentially worse conditions if consistently kept there. Regardless, it's ideal to keep yourself calm and collected in order to not get into this worry of going over your age limit
Regardless, the Karvonen formula is more specifically targeted for targeted heart rate, not maximum.
actually they're 4 years old so it's completely understandable

I was doing 9 circles which is my first actually semi difficult demon and I died at 84% and my heart was like 190+ holy cow I was freaking out I kid you not after that I had to go cry a bit in my room lol
I could hear my heart beating in my ears lol
I beat nine circles yesterday, and I feel you, died to 79% and 75% multiple times
its literally the same with me and toe iii 89%
Idk how but I chill bcuz I had like 120 or 130 when I beat jawbreaker after a 97 death
When I was doing Nine Circles, I died at 86 and pulled a muscle. I ended up beating it AFTER Cataclysm.
I love how the levels got easier as the heart rate went up.

Yeah it happens, it doesn't feel scary after a while tho; You're more safe then you may seem at "those moments".
i’m stuck between “damn. how much adrenaline were they feeling?” and “damn. when was the last time they did any form of aerobic exercises?”

2:45 I feel so bad for the person who died at 98 percent at sonic wave if you don’t know nobody had verified the level at time and he was almost about to

I managed to get around 196 bpm when beating Dream Travel because I wasn't very good with nerve control at the time after fluking it from 81%. This was in November 2021 that this happened. Never again am I doing Dream Travel, that level is so long. 7.5 minutes of handling high amounts of nerves.
Yeah, the longer the level (usually) the higher the nerves.

as someone who sometimes gets an abnormal heart rate, a couple years ago when i got 87 on AcropoliX, i hit around 210. That was going to be a jump from a medium demon...
Only 10 beats until death
@@777guy5 that depends on your age
Yeah no this is dangerous, dont play those types of levels.
Well that's a reason of why I kinda quit most of the rhythm games , because I can not only risk an heart attack, but heart disease as well. But one day , while playing a level called galaxy collapse on another rhythm game, I almost passed out and I was shacking half an hour due to the adrenaline and the shock I had. That's one lesson I learned...

I remember when I was like 9 I finally completed deadlocked. It took me I think one year. Literally more time than npesta verifying kenos.
When I was at final cube, i couldn't stop shaking and my breath was legit shaky.
Anyway a few years later and my hardest is decode, I don't play this game to grind demons, just for fun
Edit: heart rate professionals, what heartrate did I got when I completed deadlocked?
This is a really rough estimate, but probably 150-175. Not sure though

passed Nantendo, it literally cost me 7 months... but when I passed it I felt my heartbeat fast as the speed of light, I felt that my heart wanted to leave my mouth... after that I felt that my chest hurt a little and I felt a little dizzy, with a little nausea... and taking into account that it is my hardest, it lasted me 7 months and lasts 5 minutes... an expert in heart rate could tell me how many beats I have reached approximately
BRUH I THINK THAT WAS 180-200 OR SOMETHING
203-208?
I can very relate to that. When I tried a insane demon for the first time I somehow popped off and got 42% on my 3rd try. My BPH reached probably 150

A heart rate above 100 is called Tachycardia which means rapid heart. A fast resting heart rate means that your heart is working harder than is considered normal and can cause dizziness, weakness, fainting, and so on.

Oh cool!
SE ACABOOOOO!!!!!!! SE ACABOOOOO!!!!! SIIIII!!! SSIIIIIIII!!!! SSIIIIIIII!!!!!!
God, back in my best performance in GD on Jan-Apr '21 when I beat Windy L. and Plasma Pulse plus 63 at Acu, I sometimes get paranoid about getting angina or an attack when I get a fail in the game even if I was barely above the High Blood Pressure barrier of 120. To stop this anxiety that I get from this hypothetical scenario, I decided to stop beating demons when I get to 200 like a damn coward; switch to creating even if there's no hope for a star rate and reducing my activity in the game overall
"And in oct 20, the barrier was broken by an skilled player, and his name was Matt Tur- no wait wrong script"
Absolute genius
wrong script lol

Great video! The editing was great, and it was well made. The only thing I would improve on is the speech. It sounds like it could be clearer, slightly slower, and more emphasized. Otherwise, fantastic video!
Yeah, I'll try to improve that in my next vid, thanks tho :)
I would probably go into cardiac arrest from dying at 90% in stereo madness
I remember going from 110 heart rate to 191 dying at the last input of explicit on mobile
and I thought MY heart rate felt high when beating stereo madness, base after base, and polargeist
The second technical got 200 BPM, he also got 200 bits donation.
Boy was this certainly interesting, I remember getting 210BPM on a beating a game in Roblox and thought that was bad 💀Great vid though.

This is a very interesting video to watch! Never imagined that GD would be this stressful. Insanely underrated channel!
Thank you :)
I think someone beating silent clubstep will have a chance of a heart attack
I love how i thought 199 nwas gonna be the end, but then we see this little kid have 215 bpm because he beat a Jonathan level
Moral of the story: The only thing more stressful than extreme demons are JonathanGD levels
the fact that getting 200 on a 98 is reasonable, although it's because some of these players cant handle the nerve control esecially if your fluking a level from a certain percent like 79% or even lower
Yea, I think I got more when I beat Stereo Madness in Practice Mode.
One of the reasons I’ve quit geometry dash was because of these high heart rates which I’ve also noticed myself. It just feels terrible having such a high heart rate. I wanna vomit and pass out. I might come back and just focus on improving rather than beating levels.
Yeah, health is more important

This is why I play challenges, I’ve beaten 3 top 150 challenges but beating an easy demon still makes me feel like I’m gonna have a heart attack
Lmao
It takes me 1050 attempts to beat platinum adventure (yes, I SUCK AT THE GAME), I wonder how high my heartrate would be if I beat cataclysm by accident (which won't happen because I suck).
I had a friend that was jumping to sonic wave and passed out after dying at the last wave. Heartrate was above 220💀
He consulted a doctor after that.

I hope they are safe now, it's quite scary to know that some people can have health issues by just playing a game... hopefully they won't have any more problems because of that
Fun fact: when I was beating shitty Kuzureta I litteraly passed out from rage after dying to 79 again. There is no joke in that sentence. My heart rate went over 210 and I litteraly fucking passed out. My entire chat saw it happen too.
In one of king samellots recent videos, he had to jump in real life to jump in the game, his heart rate reached 185 for beating stereo madness💀
Wich makes sense since he actually jumped. It’s normal to get 150+ when you’re running with maximum effort. Jumping every few seconds for however long it took him, and then being happy about beating it will obviously do that
Great video with a very original idea!
Thanks!

i play gd and have a heart condition called supraventricular tachycardia, which allows my heart to beat unbelievably fast. while i was playing forsaken neon on stream, i was stressing really badly (for whatever reason) and got my heartrate up to 265 beats per minute (which was measured using an apple watch). unfortunately i dont have evidence to prove it, so you just gotta take my word for it, great video though, editing is really good
Wish I knew my heart rate on some of my completions. Recently I beat a level and when I reached the end part I started shaking like crazy and had to continue playing lmao
Despite the highest heart beat being 215, im a person who gets sick A LOT, so my heart rate has got to 217 once, I immediately went to the doctor and they eventually got my heart rate down.
i remember when i beat jajagarasu (probably my hardest) omw to school
i had to hold in my reaction cuz i was in a public place, but when i felt my heart... it was burning hot
a different thing when i beat fairydust, i didn't even realize that i beat it until i got the win screen, i literally thought i'm still practicing
I love how you take Geometry Dash and take it at a whole different perspective, Keep up the good work!!!
I am curious about how they measured their heart rate
Heart Rate Monitor
Smart watch maybe
I had always wondered what my heart rate would be when getting far in a level due to these videos, so I went and bought a heart rate monitor. My current record is 194bpm from when i beat sonic wave, which was cool
I got 43% on bloodbath from a fluke. My highest otherwise was 20%, and I kid you not after I died I started blacking out haha
4:13 lol the 'spanish screaming'
I got 300 bpm when I beat stereo madness in practice with only 69.420k attempts
a few games on roblox called "jukes towers of hell" and "tower of hell" are both very stressful
My highest heart rate in geometry dash is probably when I died at 96% of bloodbath, I say my heartrate was at least over 170 or 175
Nooooo I accidentally wrote bloodbath, I was suppose to write clubstep
Bruh
I hit 191 on my Omega Interface completion and 198 on my RUST completion, but neither captured the heart rate monitor itself on OBS, which is really unfortunate.
I had a heart rate of at least 200 when i got 72 on pyromaniac, i dont have a heart rate thin but it was beating so fast i felt like i was burning, even though it was like -30c outside and prob like -10c in my room
