Try taking a picture of a Police officer (not on a march) and see what happens or go to somewhere like Brixton or the east end. Most of the subjects in the pictures are most likely visitors like yourself, there is no challenge in your shots so get confrontational and use a 50mm lens or wider, up close and personal, like Bruce Gilden.
i like how you capture the shadows and reflections of the people. since i moved to london i have been taking more black and white photos of the city. they really go hand in hand. nice work.
Hey Ronya, This is real sweet treat; the montaged images flow so perfectly with the lyrics and the musical interludes and being very familiar with these photos gives this even more meaning for me. The Queen of the Shadows is in her new element. You go girl!!! Joewig
Ronya, You are brilliant and so witty! I have been missing your photos on flickr, so found this with a google search. The music is great with it. You are inspirational to me! Keep up the great work (my photo of yours will just go up in value! 8^), Kathy

Nice work....Nicely edited selection....I've not heard that Buckshot La Fonque tune in a long while...Branford Marsalis on sax...Nice choice...
I like how you play with shadows. I'm more of a commercial/fashion photographer, but I'm always inspired by the work of Street Photographers.
A beautiful mixture of humour and pathos. You have a true artists vision and obviously great patience and technique. Superb.
