Garlic makes everything better. Saying that I’m super picky about mayo, I only like whole egg mayonnaise and I absolutely hate any kind of light mayonnaise. But with aioli I don’t know if they’re all whole egg or if the garlic masks the taste but I haven’t had a bad one
