What is the statute of limitations in Florida for credit card debt? 4 or 5 years? Thank You.

Four years for most credit cards. If you have a signed, written contract, the time limit is five years.

What if I don't have the collection on any of the three major credit reports, but the collection is reporting on my LexisNexus report? There is nothing to compare against, outside of it being reported on my LexisNexus and not on my three major bureau reports....

If you can find any way in which the report in not accurate, you might still have a remedy against the debt collector. Instead of comparing to other reports, compare to your own records (for the original account and against your bank) and see if you can find any evidence they're misreporting.
You'll also need a copy of your LexisNexus report direct from them.
