Mountain Bike Stem removal and install. Will the new stem help my numb fingers? Part 1

- Hey all, I've got a problem that goes back decades. Every time I ride a mountain bike regardless of type, my fingers start going numb. This only starts to occur at the one-hour mark and then does not go away until I stop riding. I have tried numerous grips in the past to no avail. Recently I found some grips called ESI Chunky MTB Grip and they seemed to help some but still I could feel the numbness coming on the longer I road. I love the grips though and they do help more than others. Comment if you need to know how I install them and remove them. Anyway, I decided to change out my stem to a shorter stem made by FIFTY-FIFTY to see if pulling my handlebar back towards me relieves the pressure and stops the issue. Hi awesome video and explanation, I’m facing a similar issue and wanting to go with a 35mm stem stem as well on my mountain bike wondering did this help with your issue? Did affect any performance on the bike? Thanks

what stem mount size is that ?
It's made by Fifty-Fifty, I think it is 0mm, the shortest I could find. Could not find the box to confirm the exact size..
Should i grease the fork or stem prior to installing?

Seems to work great and improve handling. I went to a really short stem to relieve some pressure on my wrist, worked like a charm. Thanks for watching.
