how to adjust the size of x5000 Benlydesign

This video is divided into 4 parts:
Step 1: How to disassemble the watch strap. Please insert the tool (included with purchase) in the direction of the arrow on the back of the watch strap, and rotate the pin to remove the connection. Please note that the x5000 has two different pins, please follow the pins to jump to the corresponding video time.
Step 2 0:12 Remove the appropriate strap.
Part 3 0:57 Install the cylindrical needle. Insert the smooth end of the needle in the opposite direction of the arrow.
Part 4 1:26 Install the hairpin pin. Insert the small end of the needle in the opposite direction of the arrow.

I need help setting up the time I change the arms of the clock for it to be at the right time I push down and they don’t move ??? But the seconds still pass by but my clock doesn’t move wtf is going on
