The last one isn't "jointing" the wood, it's cutting finger joints - these are two very different processes. The wood going into the machine has already been edge jointed to make it square and smooth.
Laminated floors mixed with MDF classed as stable? You are kidding right? MDF is very vulnerable when water comes into contact with it. Looks very nice until the water turns it into something a bit stronger than cardboard. Not to mention the producers are unable to determine if the dust, or the gases from cutting the stuff is the dangerous element.
After watching a couple of these videos, of a subject that interests me, my advice to gizmo: Put yourself in the shoes of a viewer, not of a video fundi.
Those huge logs often are from tree service companies that take down damaged or dead roadside and yard trees. This splitter makes them small enough for a firewood processor, chipper or a pulp mill. Otherwise they would end up in a landfill
8:00 Plywood Factory - "Help Wanted: Must be regulation height and size. Hiring one LEFT handed and one RIGHT handed worker. Apply in person. Corona mask required. Safety glasses aren't"
Now we timber land owners just need these type sawmills to run through their logs so the price of clearing our land goes up. It's going to happen eventually....
Plastic doesn't burn anywhere near as good ;) But not everything is about function! Furniture, particularly "artistic" varieties like bedframes, will be made from wood for aesthetic qualities.

i got yer wood right here
The machines are amazing, but what really amazed me is the quantity/volume of wood. It is a much more scarce recourse in South Africa.
And in Europe. That's why their houses are block.
Bloody quick plywood processing
True. Couldn't see any glue there but I guess there must have been?
Nice to know things are made..

Yes. Also didn't see any glue being applied but I guess there must have been?
@@RJMCafe I think it's sprayed on in a very thin coat.
Also, how does it handle dogs nails?

Good afternoon from SE Louisiana 21 Apr 21.
Hello from Paradis , LA
David Lium We are almost neighbors.
That debarker looks just like the one at the mill I worked at in Arkansas
If it ain't broke don't fix it.
4:04 Will the de-barker work on my neighbors dog?
That was awesome, Please put some more on please, I would appreciate that.
Very informative video 👍
Thank you
Admired you industry and pray could afford your machinery in Kenya
Would wish have your email contact for more information
A log on its own isn't good for many things? let's ask the tree. oh too soon?
an ad every 60 seconds gives me no reason to watch
I'm no expert but is 70+ tons of force necessary? I can't imagine needing more than 25 tons. It's freaking wood.
All of these clips are very cool, thanks! 😎
Hello
Yo
Great video I like that
Good work LG, you'll easily get millions of subs if you keep up the quality. I've seen way worse channels do well.
Every segment left me wondering, “why does this machine do this? What’s the point?” Split a 9’ log into 4 pieces? So what? 9’ firewood? 🤷🏻♂️

Making 1 toothpick per tree ?
So why not USA companies?
There is absolutely nothing cutting-edge in this video.
with all the plastics and composites available nowm why is it even necessary to destroy trees still

Trees that are used for wood products are typically farmed and therefore sustainable, plastic isn't, wood is by far the better option
Making glass
Where do I Buy one in the US! the one that cuts the logs for a Log Home!
Not. Its a Russian piece of machinery.
There is a very much bigger log splitter in Chermainus BC

poor trees we are doomed all we do is take
For every one tree harvested in the United States, 2 dozen or more are replanted.
Who else would put a coke can on that splitter?
Wic...
Disliked for advertising yourself between each clip.
We're sorry it came off like that! Those are meant to be transitions, and slapping our logo is the simplest way to do so.
@@LordGizmo I'm afraid I also found it irritating.
