I think whether he goes or stays, next season is gonna be one to watch with Eagle if he stays healthy. The guy just rips bombs and accurately too! I'm already itching for next season and can't wait to see how players that moved do with their new team!
Discmania giving up everything for Gannon Buhr? And part of that everything is Eagle? This doesn’t make much sense; Eagle is too good. Yeah, Buhr is good, has a promising furure, but is still pretty young. It would be a big gamble to pay him Paul/Ricky/Simon money.
Even if Gannon becomes better than Eagle this wouldn't make sense. Eagle has been a fan favorite for a long time now, and is one of the biggest names in Disc Golf. If Eagle leaves it would likely be on his terms.
I gave Eagle some Trilogy discs that he wanted to try at a tournament last time his contract was up. I thought for sure he was leaving, but he didn't. I'd just wait it out, doubt this Crush Boi is going anywhere.
I think it is Egale having Jussi letting him sign with all 3 brands Discmanina is under, Yikun, all 3 under Latitude 64, and Discmania. No Innova since they do not have ties to Discmania anymore. Or Innova Sells Mold rights of old Discmania molds to Discmania due to still claims of plastic shortages used in order to jack up regular stamp disc (not F2) prices for Innova.
my thought when I initially heard this was that considering discmania got bought out, maybe they have to purge their old stock (similar to if a player was leaving). It could be that hes leaving as well, just not trying to jump to conclusions.
DM need to stack up good players and not let the good players leave. I see no reason for Eagle to go to Innova when they have Calvin who´s selling discs and now player of the year. Not MVP either, they have Simon. I hope Eagle stays with DM and prove everyone 2024 who the player of the year is!
Most of Eagles bag (like Simon’s) was mostly old innova made molds anyway, if innova offers him money, I don’t see why he wouldn’t go, he could throw a lot of his old discs, plus back when he first joined, he had a bunch of innova disc anyway, but going to a trilogy brand would be cool too. Latitude doesn’t have a top MPO
@@brettgoheen1559 you’re getting into semantics here, he carries a whole bag but a lot of his throws are with the old molds, my point behind it, is that a transition to innova would be seamless. @@combsyson not really. Go look at the new molds in his bag from 2023. I'm not going to argue with you, because it doesn't matter, but his bag has a majority of new molds and minority of innova molded or copy molded innova.
I don't see Innova giving anyone their deserved money. I think Discraft is also stacked and I don't think Prodigy has the money for Eagle atm. So Lat64/Trilogy would be a contender, however I feel like everyones forgetting MVP here. Crush boys back together? Same type of a contract as Simon and his own line of discs?
I was thinking the same thing... It would be a steal for MVP to grab Eagle as well. Greatest movers of discs/merch in Pro Disc Golf? Who, but Paul is moving as many discs?
@@ReidarH72did you see the survey from one of the dg “news” sources recently? They did a poll about sales of signature series sales in 2023, and Simon was nearly DOUBLE that of McBeth in second (~41% for Simon, ~26% for Paul)
@@xsolar Not surprised at all about that. Granted, Paul didn't have his normal impact on last season. This must have reduced some of his sales numbers. That said, I'm really glad I was right about Simon! I was even questioning if MVP would be able to make enough discs to cover demand! 😆🥏
I don't see Eagle leaving Discmania. It's too convenient for him, with DM being in Colorado and Eagle liking the simple life. And I'm still not convinced that Gannon is headed to DM either. Even if he does, they can afford to superstars.

Correction : Eagle has won two majors, the 2018 Konopiste Open and the 2022 European Open. The 2018 Konopiste Open was a major.
I would definitely buy a Gannon Buhr Enigma.....I hope he makes the switch
that man throws way too hard to be throwing an enigma lol
I’ll bet he wins usdgc or worlds 2024. He’s put in so much time and he’s so good! Odds are stacked but I believe!!

His last in the bag had only 5 Innova molded discs. Far from "mostly old Innova".

He’s going to Lone Star Discs so unfortunately not getting to throw any of his old discs
LOL, I would take anything Hunter from Foundation tweets with a grain of salt.
So very misleading title to this video. Next to 0 info on sponsers.
Nice that you mentioned the clickbait comments. Good redemption!😉

If you are the company owner,
Would you give a younger , healthier Gannon 1M or Eagle who has arm issues? Its an easy decision
It all boils down to who sells more plastic.
He’s going to mvp
I hope that's true. He'd fit right in.
Real question, is Ratana following him?
how old Eagle is?
28ish
MVP? New Crush bros?
Discmanias biggest mistake is letting Simon go. So there is no as big mistakes left to do.

His performance has fallen ever DM started making their own discs. Innova plastic would would bring him back into the spotlight. 🤞
Eagle's performance started to fall first when he broke his hand and got back a bit but then he broke his shoulder.
Don't think he throws any of these molds, and who will sign him when he is recovering from surgery, quite a big risk before knowing he will be 100%.
