When I was a kid in Montana, I can remember helping my Grandad build a fire under the skidplate on his D9 because we had a crazy snow storm. The little town they lived in had gravel roads & the Highway plows did not come through the town & the county road grader would not handle the 4 1/2 ft of snow we got overnight. Took almost 2 hours, but the fire in a 1/4 barrel we build & pushed under the skid plate heated things enough the pony motor finally got the main engine started. Most fun I ever had sitting up there with Grandpa watching hime shove that much snow off the streets of Ryegate.
The guy that sold you the dozer seems very chill and seems like a very old but yet wise man. Definitely a respectable man too. Also of course you look smaller in the videos but that those already looks ginormous 😊

The history behind that whole situation, the Killdozer, and the town of Granby is fascinating. It's wild to think about the power of determination and the lengths someone can go to when pushed too far.
"too far" aka connecting his nasty shop to city sewage and not dumping it wherever. Dude literally killed himself over poop and insurance paid out everyone.
When mankind eventually ventures to other stars, we're going to be epitome of finding-out for some alien not created in Allah's image.
Definitely needs a Gadsden flag on it 😊

"Ah shit, here we go again..."
Marv’s dozer was dismantled and sent to different recyclers to prevent people collecting parts for souvenirs. Cody now owns the exact model dozer. Rest in peace Marvin Heemeyer
They should've made a monument out of it
Wow they were REALLY salty

There are a few in Alaska for sale
Marvin John Heemeyer (October 28, 1951 - June 4, 2004)
Did you know that Marv's bulldozer wasn't the first killdozer ever?
In fact, the original "killdozer" was a 1970's Caterpillar D9G bulldozer that starred in the fitting 1974 movie called Killdozer! in which radiation from a mysterious alien meteorite contaminated the blade of the bulldozer and turned the machine murderously psychotic.
Yes, the original Killdozer was from a 1970's movie and not Marv's rampage.
Can we acknowledge how cool the owner of the dozer seemed to be
What we used to call a "cool-rite daddy."

Komatsu D355A, an armored bulldozer used in a rampage in Granby, Colorado in 2004. Over about eighteen months, Marvin Heemeyer secretly armored the dozer with layers of steel and concrete. On Friday, June 4, 2004, Heemeyer used the dozer to demolish the Granby town hall, the house of a former mayor, and several other buildings. He deleted himself after the bulldozer got stuck in a hardware store he was destroying.
