Do you know what, he may be 83 and he may or may not be as good as his younger self. But here’s the thing he’s still performing and more importantly FILLING LARGE VENUES so I would say power to him. The time for any artist to stop is when they can no longer fill the venues. He’s loved by millions and rightly so, just my opinion for what it’s worth.

this was a special arrangement done in 2012---it was for a CD, "FRANKIE'S FAVES" which is only sold at his concerts and only performed at live concerts mostly only in the UK
Having only just developed an appreciation for these classic songs and arrangements I'm happy to be going to see him next April in the same venue that this was recorded. I'm 45 and if I'm still able to take the stage at his age I sure as hell will.
