Somethings could be ironed out, but the fact that you were able to get him to not only jump, but also get mail and throw papers in the trash, that's insanely impressive!
An absolutely magnificent dog. These kind of ‘tricks’ excercise, and stimulate dogs physically, and mentally. This is especially important for intelligent breeds, and working , and sporting breeds. They need physical, and mental jobs to acquire a sense of accomplishment. They are not couch potatoes, and will find their own excercise if you don’t provide it. Anyone who’s had a dog tear up the place knows this all too well! Agility is wonderful for this purpose. This is great for bonding as well. I soo love Huskies!
They didn't listen because people spoiled them too much. Because Husky considers people who know how to train them as the leader, if you spoil them they will see us as friends, so they become stubborn
What a handsome and intelligent boy! Good work on training him. I know how headstrong huskies can be. This demonstration represents a whole lot of commitment and discipline.
Really my Husky (Balu) loves learning and practicing things. Have you been in a Dog School or something like that? I learnt there how to motivate Balu and how to teach him things. Without them he maybe can do sit but no more. Sorry for my bad English I'm from Germany.
+LifeByJenny i don't know any dog school here maybe somewhere 4 hours drive away and for sure it is expensive hahaha I'm from the Philippines :D where temp. can reach 50 celcius heat index lol
Wow, I am sure you hear this all the time.. but Dexter looks so cool. I love his white stripe pattern around the neck. Never seen a husky like that before.
this guy obviously cares about this dog :3 I know a little bit of ribs are showing but that's just means you exercise him all the time xD he burns off everything and no there is nothing wrong with getting a dog to do tricks, its a good way to get closer to your dog. sadly not all huskies get to have this love like this one does!
So cute!! I just uploaded a video of what my husky does in the day and she shows her skills!! She knows sit, down, stay, come, spin, up, off, jump, couch, chair and bed... she does not know mail or roll over yet... she hates roll over!!
Huskies are so smart, sensitive and devoted and can be very protective depending on the dog's character.I miss my handsome boy he passed away 18 months ago.He was called the gentle giant & loved by big and small dogs.Kids loved him and he loves kids. Even our cat adored him.
wow! I'm verry impressed :) My family has had huskys for over 25 years for mushing but I must say that even tho I'm well awere that they are extremly smart dogs I always found that beyond the usual, "sit, lay, bark, find the ball, "high five", it's pretty hard to teach them tricks becuse they are so independent in a way. That get the mail was awesome! So I must say good job! And to anyone who has ever had a dog its obvius that this is a very loved, happy and healthy dog. // love from Sweden
I recommend these dogs for the right owner. I had mine even when I was living in a high rise condo. Its all about the amount of exercise and stimulation you can give them, and these guys need a ton. Evening having a big yard is really not excuse for not walking them, playing with them, and taking them places. Put in the time and they are great, but its certainly not the type of dog you can just let out in the yard a couple of times a day.
Uh..... I quite often thought that being a dog wouldn't be a bad idea at all, compared with a human struggling in making a living. Well......I changed my mind after watching this video. Do I have to do shits like those just to eat cheap dog treats. Hell, no. (It's a joke, folks.)
My doberman has a pretty good life. I wouldn't mind being him. I give him turkey to train him a new trick then I fade it out when he finally knows the trick and use toys or something. But yeah, he has a pool, a large yard, sleeps on a queen size bed and a bunny friend as well as myself at his disposal. He's a good dog, he deserves it. You gotta remember that while your dog is a part of your life, you're his whole life to him or her.
Michelle Ramirez I gotta say this to you and all others just to make it clear once and for all. When I walked my dog in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening or whenever I had time, my neighbors used to say "your dog walks you again." Just like that, my comment is a joke.
Awesome job with the connection of your dog. He is eager to listen and execute commands. I train horses, Macaws, and dogs... it's lovely to see others with a wonderful connection.. bravo to you 3 :)
They might actually be the brightest of dogs. Huskies are very intelligent. They're not that far in their breeding from wolves and bring an uncanny natural intelligence into domestication. I used to joke about our husky that you pretty much had to hide the keys from her or she might take the car out for a spin. She was spooky smart.
Husky breeds are the smartest of dogs. They are also very funny and yes very argumentative. Boxers used to be my favorite until I owned a Husky.... Beautiful dog by the way!!!
"I'm not dead yet..." great! my Sibe's best trick so far is canter pirouette when it's dinner time. she spins like mad when I bring her food bowl over. she also does an awesome shoulder-in when I walk her in a particular harness but loses points for protesting about it the whole way.
What a beautiful relationship you have with your dog! He's so smart and obedient- unique markings too! This is awesome to watch! I have a husky (mix) too and she knows tricks but I haven't ever thought to teach a dog 'jump' in the air like that. Very cool! :)
what a great dog and owner!
OMG! I have never seen a husky with his/her fur pattern like that! Gorgeous!
he's so cute...good job on "schooling" him. amazing!
Somethings could be ironed out, but the fact that you were able to get him to not only jump, but also get mail and throw papers in the trash, that's insanely impressive!
Gorgeous dog, and so clever! :)
1) Thats gotta be one of the cutest huskies ever! 2) I absolutely LOVE your accent.
When the lady said good boy the husky looked at her like "who is dis person?!" xD
This is nice. The Husky received lots of praise, and as independent thinking as Huskies are, this provides nice mental challenges for him.
At the end the dog was like: Nobody asked u xD
Best comment I never read
Rednie lmaooo
lmfao
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Just brilliant. Never new that a husky could be trained to do this. Well done
God I love Huskies. They are so beautiful and intelligent I really miss mine . Rest in peace Nemo
But Nemo is fish

Such an adorable dog!
i adore huskies. I've watched all your videos of Dexter, he is such a wonderful dog and from what I see you take such good care of him :)
the huskey replies "I love you too "
What a beautiful dog! And so smart!
Some people think Huskies are hard to train. Huskies think most people are easy to train!
They didn't listen because people spoiled them too much. Because Husky considers people who know how to train them as the leader, if you spoil them they will see us as friends, so they become stubborn
cuki hudki♡♡♡♡
Hahaha this is so funny! My husky probably thinks she trained us to give her treats if she does certain things 😂😂😂

I think he's just giving clear commands! And what a gorgeous, smart dog! I'm very jealous
such a handsome clever dog

watching this makes me miss my dog. :( your dog is so cute and smart. I love how he takes out the garbage, LOL
Aaawsw I'm sorry for you...
What a gorgeous husky!!!
My husky is 3 months now and all he can do is sit... everytime that i will teach him tricks he will just sit because he knows that food means sit
Really my Husky (Balu) loves learning and practicing things. Have you been in a Dog School or something like that? I learnt there how to motivate Balu and how to teach him things. Without them he maybe can do sit but no more.

LifeByJenny okay :) thanks!
you live on the phillipines and have a husky? this is so wrong. These dogs are not made for hot places
Gorgeous dog and really intelligent!
My god how did you get such an intelligent stubborn dog to do that all at once..
like wolves, they have to see you as their superior/alpha to obey. They should be trained from a young age :)
SO CUTE when he walks across the carpet while hes laying down!!!! my dog doe that all the time!!!
Verry good i love you husky.
Wow, I am sure you hear this all the time.. but Dexter looks so cool. I love his white stripe pattern around the neck. Never seen a husky like that before.

Wow sucha good boy! Props for training such a headstrong breed!
He gets about 2 hours exercize a day
What a beautiful dog! I want Dexter to come to the AnimalHouse and teach our 6 huskies to do tricks like that :))
Yeah he gets let off the lead, he's pretty good with recall for a Husky. Haven't lost him yet anyway ;)

waouw congratz for teaching your dog all of this things: sit/stay/etc... You must have a lot of patience!
Uh..... I quite often thought that being a dog wouldn't be a bad idea at all, compared with a human struggling in making a living.

He's very well trained! I'm really proud and impressed with the owners! :)
beautiful dog, amazingly smart ! you guys are Lucky! :-)
WoW! Amazing dog! Wonderfully trained! Matt Cardle's Stars and Lovers in the background. Perfect! :D
"I'm not dead yet..." great! my Sibe's best trick so far is canter pirouette when it's dinner time. she spins like mad when I bring her food bowl over. she also does an awesome shoulder-in when I walk her in a particular harness but loses points for protesting about it the whole way.
freaking love the face he makes at the end lol.
u did a great job training this husky :)
what a nice partnership! he has such a nice focus on you- i only wish my husky was so open to learning new tricks (we're working on it :)
I love Dexter what a gorgeous dog. Good work
What a beautiful relationship you have with your dog! He's so smart and obedient- unique markings too! This is awesome to watch! I have a husky (mix) too and she knows tricks but I haven't ever thought to teach a dog 'jump' in the air like that. Very cool! :)
