    Hi there,
Is the Hauler system the same on the 40L and 80L packs?
If so, have you thought of making the pack part available as a seperate unit?
That way you could by one complete set and then just add another bag to give you maximum flexibility

Just received my new Spika 40L bag. I love it so far, all the way from Montana USA. However, as I was watching this vdeo on how to take frame off. I realize my bag doesn't have the quick release on the shoulder strap. Mine is a adjustable clasp which makes it difficult to take frame off as I fight the female end of the clasp through the sleeve holes. I could see removing my frame to much could rip the sleeve holding top of bag. Why is my bag different?

Hi B, could you please head to the Spika website spika.com.au/contact and send through your details and we can work on this one from there. Cheers Spika Team

Hi Spika Team, I got this bag today, it seems my bag doesn't have the same buckle system as shown. I have two clasp style buckles on the top of the shoulder straps that don't seem to clip to anywhere. I also have two clasp style buckles on the bottom of the pack not the long straps as shown.

Has anyone had any luck with Spika on this issue. I reached out to Spika in every way imaginable and no reply. Love the bag, but I used the meat shelf this year for the first time, and it is difficult to remove without the quick release clips shown in this video. Especially with cold hands. Wish I could get a response from Spika.

That looks very user unfriendly. Why not just clip releases?

Mine has a quicker system it literally just un buckles from the frame.

Mines the same I think I’d rather have the buckles I’ve seen one review of the quick release clips breaking but that’s the only review of that happening. The material that the buckle slides through seems pretty tough I don’t see it ripping or failing honestly.

Y'all missed the mark on this one. With all that went into this pack why did you skimp on the bottom of the bag. Buckles would have perfected this pack. Don't get it. No one wants to work hard on threading your straps out in the field.

G'day Will. Sorry for the late reply. We have actually improved this and these packs now use buckles instead. We have yet to make an updated video on this unfortunately.

Appreciate the response. I just returned from Wyoming on a successful Elk hunt and the pack worked great. Instead of undoing the bottom I merely folded it down and tucked my elk quarters in and up and buckled everything back together. Pack was comfortable and adjusted well after you put it on. It held the weight evenly and was very satisfied overall. I have no regrets on the purchase and glad y'all have looked over the bottom strap system. @@SpikaTeam
