You should make a video on how to adjust the back pack straps to suit difference sized people. It wasn’t very easy to work it out & no info on the website about this procedure.
Hi Chrispys Kiwi Adventures, the team put a heap of time into it & designed it this way so you can run the frame only, the 40 or the 80 pack depending on the task at hand 👌 and to save costs not needing multiple frames while allowing for plenty of carry options. Let us know how you get on picking up a pack!
@@SpikaTeam got the 80ltr pack and the binocular chest rig on Friday and just got back now from a big weekend hunt. They were flawless team. Super happy with them. Going to do a review video on them this week🤙🤙
Just brought the 40L. Wasn't look for a backpack but it caught my eye in the hunting store. Looks awesome and i just had to have it. Off the Stewart Island for 8 days in June so will give it a good thrash.
The only down points I can see from these packs is the rifle being on the back means you can't sit down or lean against something to rest. It also means you can access the pack with the rifle attached. Being ex army I do miss the separate sleeping bag compartments that military packs have. Meaning you can access all your sleeping gear without having to into your main pack. T
Hi Joshua, I've had a chat with a few of the pro team guys and it's hard to give the exact capacity due to a number of factors, however they all said they have filled it and some and its held up well with around 80kg's of stag packed and strapped to the bag. We might look to do a fill test on each of the bags this year, so keep an eye out for a video in the future where we will tackle that question fully.
Why don't you list any weights on your website? Especially on a $489 pack you claim can go ultralight. What's spika's definition of ultralight? US made ultralight packs with a frame like zpacks arc range are down to below 600gram. Similarly priced. Looks good though provided the weight is reasonable
Hi JB, for now check out drover.spika.com.au for some more detailed information on the packs. As for the website, I have passed it over to the web team to add weights for each pack. If you are after any specifics on the packs, hit us up on FB messenger or the website contact page and one of our field specialists can help you out.
Hi Ryan, if you're asking if it will take a bladder then yes, it uses the Spika bladder but the system in the pack is universal so you could use just about any bladder you choose.

I like the fact they are interchangeable on the one frame. Great idea🤙🤙 Looking to get myself the 80ltr pack real soon.

So any updates? How's the pack holding up?
@@jasonhenkel5068 only done a few trips but love it. Great well built pack.

How tall is the guy in the video? I'm only 5'6 (168 cm) but I don't think the 40L is enough for even a 3 day solo
What is the max weight lbs/kg this pack can carry or load with?
Hello! Looks like a great pack! It says 40L+ but what is the full capacity of the pack beyond 40L??

Great backpack!👍 I wish I could buy it.
I do not accept these orange accents.
I am a hunter and this fashion irritates me.
Is it camel bladder compatible?
