I appreciate the feedback! One moment that stuck with me is from one of the early chapters with bridge four, where they were sitting at the edge of the chasm opening up to each other for the first time. They found themselves laughing and actually enjoying the evening despite their situation. I think I enjoyed that so much because it is so true in terms of what is actually important in life. People can withstand horrible things, but our relationships with others prevail above all else. If you read Viktor Frankl’s Man’s Search for Meaning, you see a similar narrative.
