Cold January Bass Fishing | Cover Water!!!

The January bite can be up and down. It's cold and fishing days can be cut short because of weather or the bass may not be eating. If that's the case you wanna maximize your time on the water and sometimes that means throwing the kitchen sink at em until you find the pattern. The bass are there, you may just need to dangle the carrot but do it fast. Don't give em' a chance to see it, make them react! It may take a bit to dial the pattern in but keep running!
When you find them, slow down and pick it apart a bit before moving on. There's a reason that they're there and when you find them at a depth they're more than likely in that same range in different parts of the lake. find more than one and you can run that pattern.
