► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
180 grams of flour
35g cocoa
10 g sugar, a pinch of salt
Mix
2-3 eggs
260 g hot milk
gradually pour in milk and mix the dough well so that there are no lumps

160 grams of boiling water
60 grams of liquid honey
Let the dough stand ~20 minutes
25 grams of vegetable oil
Before first use, grease the pan with vegetable oil
Bake on both sides like regular pancakes
I have 14 pancakes
250 grams of cream cheese
90 g powdered sugar, take half
150 g high-fat sour cream
beat well with a mixer
250 g cream (33-36%)
Use leftover powdered sugar
beat everything into a fluffy mass
Mix in the whipped cream and mascarpone
20 grams of liquid honey
Spread cream on each pancake
Fold the pancake as I show
heat the rest of the cream
Lightly grease each pancake with cream
roll the pancake
Roll each pancake in turn, slightly overlapping
Collect the whole cake this way
Wrap in cling film and secure with a ring
refrigerate until cool
Garnish with powdered sugar before serving

Здравия желаю! Если полностью сверху смазать кремом и посыпать орешками, то и внешне произведение выглядеть будет эстетичнее и думаю будет вкуснее. Лично мнение.
