Yeah I agree it is not cheap. Fortunately with the NOCO stuff, at least it feels well built. Usually I tend toward the cheapest possible option for a lot of things, but the convenience of not needing to access the battery box with in my camper van with the regular alligator clips was worth it for this one!
If I understand your question correctly- that should just be the cable coming from the NOCO itself. I don't have any additional cables connected. - it should just be the NOCO box with its attached cable, connecting to the SAE adapter, which should then mate with your SAE cable.
Is this ok to use with the NOCO battery Jumpers? I have a motorcycle and already have a SAE on it for battery tender. But wanted to know if this would work for a jumper pack just in case.
Which model jump box were you looking to get? I only have used the NOCO GB40 jump box - it did not have the quick connect X-Connect ends. Not sure on the other models. But the GB40 has a heavier duty connection on the box that that is wired to the alligator clips with heavier gauge cables. The cables/alligator clips can be removed from the box, but it has no quick connect like the NOCO Genius chargers. So unfortunately I don't think it will work, assuming the other GB model jump boxes are similar.

What cable is coming off the noco , I have the SAE adapter but missing the middle cable u able to send a Amazon link ?

Can the sae connectors be used as a quick disconnect for a aftermarket fog light wired to the factory fog light harness (removing the h11 connector)?
Yes I use SAEs as quick connects for external fog lights on my trailer
