Kings Island 20 Anniversary Special (1992)

In 1992 Kings Island celebrated its 20 year anniversary. The Kings Island 20th Anniversary Special Starring Jason Priestley was shot on location with a fifty five person crew and over 450 extras. A firsthand look at the park's history. Ride along as Jason and the gang takes you on five of the top roller coasters in the country and get an inside view of many of the park's best attractions.

My first visit to Kings Island wasn't until 2000, so it's always fun to see the park in its pre-Paramount incarnation and theming. Also, considering how hot of a commodity Jason Priestly was in '92 (90210), it's interesting seeing him as a hired spokesperson for this special. Don't know if Paramount had any influence on his involvement that early in the game, since the park officially wasn't sold until later that year!
